The merchandise is always exactly as expected. The order has never been wrong. The quick turn-around between placing the order and receiving it is amazing. I've been a customer for over a decade and will never shop anywhere else. (I order thick, 100% cotton t shirts to tie dye as end-of-the-year celebration with my students.)
This was my first experience with DTF. Setting up my gang sheet seemed easy but since it was my first time & not sure I did it correctly I wanted to talk to someone before pulling the trigger. The customer service does disappoint me as there is no phone to call & talk to someone & the chat is a robot & does not send you to anyone, it just tells you to leave your info & they will have someone contact you. So 24 hrs later you get a response, you ask another question & it's another 24 hrs. To me that is not great customer service & was very frustrating. But I did absolutely love my DTF & will definitely be doing more of it.

We ordered almost 30 shirts and received them so quickly. We were able to get them pressed and ready for our upcoming retreat for surviving military young adults. Out of all the shirts we only came across one with a hole in it, but we ordered extra so this one will just be put to the side. Side. A little frustrating, but it didn't slow us down. Overall very satisfied

1st of all, shipping was quick! I struggled a little bit on the website with my order and thought I had everything right after checking multiple times. When I received my order, it was wrong. I reached out to Customer Service and they were understanding, polite and extremely helpful. They replaced my order, walked me through all the steps and ensured that I had it right when resubmitting. I want expecting them to replace it ball for free but they did. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends! Also, The DTF transfers I received are amazing!
