I was sent a shirt with a hole in it using the rush shipping seeing that I needed it by a certain date. I was only refunded $3.25 for the shirt. What company doesn't refund the shipping if the only item shipped is damaged? Jiffy just keeps getting worse.
I've been using jiffy for years but I've had multiple issues with warehouse shipping in the past few months. 3 in the past month to be exact. Consider other options on where to buy as well because you will definitely have late orders and shipping issues. As I received another order and items were missing. The customer care doesn't seem to care much either. Just go elsewhere because it's just getting worse and worse.

And quickly refunded my money. No problem a now I just ordered my 2nd order.
