Easy to order. Very simple instructions for returns or credits
Fine, but I would like to know which company makes your brand oil.
Forinstance, Valvoline makes O'Riley's brand oil.
Thanks
I ordered some glow in the dark DTF because it sounded cool. I followed the instructions provided by jiffy and had issues with the DTF adhering to the shirts. I asked for replacement items. Jiffy sent replacement shirts and DTF. The new DTF clearly came from a different printer because the film was different. Jiffy even provided instructions that were different this time around. It was still poor quality when using the different DTF and new instructions. I once again had to ask for replacement items. The next DTF sheet was the same poor quality. So, I have decided to give up on the glow in the dark DTF. I've been asking for a store credit on the glow in the dark DTF for a week or longer now. Nobody is ever available to chat. Nobody responds to emails. What is going on? This should be simple. Just give me a store credit and let me order regular DTF.
My original shipment was not delivered to my house. The photo used by FedEx wasn't even near me. I searched 3 different roads near me.
The woman I spoke with at Jiffy shipped out another order and used a different carrier. That arrived just fine. She also said she made a not to use the other carrier when possible due to this being the second time FedEx has failed to deliver my package.
I did file complaints with FedEx as well.
Placing an order is easy, however the rest of my experience was extremely stressful. I was expecting my order by a certain date and it got delayed somehow because of the way they printed it is what I was told. But when I received my order I wasn't able to fulfill the full order for my client because I was missing a large part of my order and on top of that, they cut a whole order entirely wrong. I did speak with customer service on a chat the first time and tried to track my order to anticipate its delivery and they did not help, but the second person who helped me was amazing and did a great job checking where it was at and when it would arrive. So I am grateful for them helping but overall it was stressful and a little disappointing. They at least compensated for what was damaged, but I wouldn't say they are worth the stress. Because of the delay and uncertainty at the beginning, I was unable to find an alternative solution and it did cost me more money and time to find a solution. I am unsure if I will continue to use this brand in the future.
Super fast shipping. Great products - exactly as described.
Lots of different colors & sizes to choose from. Shipping is fast.
Jiffy is my go to for blanks in my business and personal decorating use.
Shopping experience is good with Jiffy- easy categories and love how break down the shirt material on colors vs having to search for the makeup of the fabric.
Always come back to Jiffy for all of my Transfers and shirts. Super fast and amazing products.
I am so impressed with my first time doing ANY of this. A friend was teaching me how to do t-shirts and sticker transfers. She told me to go to Jiffy for t-shirts. I ordered them but added a variety of heat transfers and stickers (in all sizes for both) because I thought she meant for transfer ps too. My friend who has a business was surprised when I saw her next with the product because didn't realize you did heat transfers and stickers. She was going to give me a different local website. She even commented about the quality and said she will use your services instead of who she was using.
Love being able to get all my products in one place and fast shipping!
I love the cheaper prices on DTF transfers
I always come to jiffy when I need a lot of variety. Shipping is quick and reliable too
Absolutely amazing quality and variety of colors each student got to pick their own personalized color for the shirts I made for them.
The sublimation items came and had a black background I need them for an important order that Friday. I opened a customer service request and was told would be responded to in 24 business hours which passes my window to meet my customers need. Was definitely a let down. Also you tape the items which is very inconvenient it tears some of the transfers. I pay extra to have them cut you leave random serial numbers on the sublimation sheets that if not caught print onto the tshirts. Just so disappointed.
I am satisfied with the way they handle customer service and I'm pleased with my new order.
I'm a t shirt decorator & I order shirts along with transfers as orders come in through my business. I was on a deadline with a customers order as the shirts were for a community event on a set date. My shipment of shirts arrived, then a few days later the transfers arrived (from a different source), I opened the box of shirts from jiffy to discover it wasn't my order at all. None of the contents were mine & it even had a packing slip inside with the name of the business who's shirts I received. I hopped on the computer & submitted an inquiry via jiffy's website. Within 24 hours was replied to & promptly received my correct order a day or two later. Thankfully jiffy was ontop of their customer service & saved my order from being late! I was really stressing & kicking myself in the butt for not opening the box from jiffy the day it came in but was super reassured when customer service replied promptly
I found everything that i need and It is exactly as described.

Answer: Hi Addina, We hope this information helps answer your question! Wash Inside Out: Turning the garment inside out before washing protects the DTF print from abrasion and friction during the wash cycle, preventing potential fading or peeling. Use Cold Water: Cold water is crucial for preserving the quality and vibrancy of DTF prints, as hot water can damage the ink and adhesive. Use a Gentle Detergent: Opt for a mild detergent that is free of harsh chemicals, as these can degrade the print and fabric fibers. Avoid Fabric Softeners and Bleach: Fabric softeners and bleach can contain chemicals that negatively impact the printed design, potentially leading to reduced vibrancy and durability. Drying: Avoid drying DTF printed garments in a tumble dryer at high heat, as this can also damage the print. Air drying is the best option, or if using a dryer, opt for a low heat setting.
Answer: Yes, you can use silicone T-seal paper over a Jiffy transfer for the finishing press onto the garment. Silicone release paper can help create a smooth finish and prevent the ink from sticking to the heat press. However, keep in mind that Teflon sheets are more durable and reusable, whereas silicone paper is typically a one-time-use product.
