I've used jiffy's shirts Several times over the past years, and if there was ever an issue with anything, it would be immediately fixed this time. I was not so lucky. I received a bag of shirts that literally looked like there was bugs all over them when I reached out to customer service, they argued with me and told me it was the way it was supposed to be. Even sending pictures I was told to Return my items first before I could get new ones this Resulted in me, being unable to complete my order that was placed with my small business. Extremely frustrating.

**Terrible Customer Service with Jiffy Shirts**

As a professional business owner, I rely on timely deliveries to meet my clients' expectations. Unfortunately, Jiffy Shirts has repeatedly let me down with their delayed and inconsistent shipping dates, costing me both clients and money. It's incredibly frustrating that despite being a business, they can't provide accurate timelines for order fulfillment, and this has happened on more than one occasion.

What's worse is their lack of accessible customer service. There's no way to speak to anyone directly, and the only response they offer is an unacceptable blanket statement about not being able to guarantee shipping times. When I give my customers a date, I make sure to stick to it – something Jiffy Shirts clearly doesn't prioritize. I will not be using their services again not that they seem to care. The last update I received was that it would be delivered Wednesday and I still haven't received my order.

I have been so impressed by how quickly I receive my orders! It makes ordering such a pleasure. Thank you Jiffy!

Fast shipping. Any time I have issues, they're resolved quickly by some great customer service reps.

Have always liked jiffy's products and speedy response. The last two orders have been very disappointing. The products have been poor quality and lack of quality control is very notable. The response to the last damage was very slow and held me up for waiting on an answer for almost a week. Don't know if I will be ordering DTFS from them again.

The price is right and so many styles and colors to choose from. Love the fact that they offer larger sizes in almost all styles. I would give Quality a five star.

These T-shirts are so comfortable, and they do not shrink. They are soft, and the Womens V-neck fit perfectly to size. The order process was easy, shipping was fast and we were very happy with our purchase! We will be ordering in the future for sure!

Ordered glow in the dark dtf.the image hardly had any glow and if it did it only glowed for atleast 5 mins. Left shirt outside to get sunlight for an hour thought it help but it didnt

I had a problem yesterday with the site and they fixed the process, my order was completed and shipped promptly

1st try was not up to standards, they redid them. They look great, fast turnaround.

I ordered DTF transfers, the first set was amazing so I re-ordered but in a larger quantity. The second set the colors were not the same. Very dull, even though I just re-ordered the same ones. I sent multiple emails and attempted to speak with someone through the chat. No response and no phone number is found.
