Very easy! One of the sweatshirts had a ting hole. I contacted company through the website immediately got an answer and the sweatshirt was replaced in less than three days and I did not have to return the one with a hole in it. Very very impressed with the customer service and the quality of my purchase. Definitely will be back.

I received my order of shirts that came covered in dirt as if they were run over by a truck. This could have happened at the post office and not been the fault of the shipping team at Jiffy.
However, when I reach out to get the shirts replaced, Ethan took care of the issue right away and ensured I had received the shirts I ordered in a short amount of time.

My account was hacked. The order that was way over $100 was not mine. When I contacted Jiffy- I was told - I stopped the order in time and would get refunded. That did not happen- my credit card was charged and items were delivered to the hacker. I had to go through my credit card company to get refunded.
