A year later and there are very few new ones. Also, I only wanted to do oyt month to month this year but it took$18 for a year. So having the monthly potion there in front of you was useless if it wasn't goin to do anything when you try to press it

Paper cards cost about $4-$5 each. On the first day (of my renewal) I sent the equivalent of $24 in paper cards. And they were delivered instantly. And they were personalized in a way paper cards could not.

I needed to upgrade my account due to a credit card change and Taylar was MORE than helpful and accommodated me through the process. Now I am automatically set up for many more years of using JibJab. Thanks, Phil

The whole concept is amazing and feeds to my silly side. I know that my Ecards, Music videos, Clips, Gifs bring many smiles to my family and friends.

JibJab was my early Christmas gift to myself this year. I lost my beloved collie Prinny last year and have missed her so very much. I created two jibjabs and downloaded them seconds apart. One rendered almost instantly the other took half the day. I wanted them both for a presentation I was giving and was only able to use one. I understand that I should have downloaded earlier, but I find it hard to believe that they could take that long to render literally seconds apart from one another.

We sent our Christmas video card to dozens of friends and family around the world and many say it is the best card they ever received. They watch it several times over and over and laugh and laugh and laugh. Thank you!

It was an effort to locate my lost email to adjust my account, and the jibjab support team got to the bottom of it and resolved it quickly. Once the email was recovered, my request was immediately granted. Much appreciated!

I thought that the $18 entitled you to some of the cartoon cards. WRONG! You have to pay $1.99 each for them on TOP of the membership. Guess I should have read the fine print. Turned out I had used the same one for Valentines day three years ago. Oooppsss... I turned off auto renew.

Wonderful experience except that on the day I had ordered the card to be delivered, it hasn't arrived by 10am and I had to dig into the site to figure out how to get it resent. Ultimately it was a big hit - just not a first thing in the morning arrival as I had hoped.

I've been a member for several years and have had the best time making and sending cards. I've had just as much fun sending them as the recipients have had receiving them. The website is very easy to navigate. The only request I would have is to be able to go back and edit the heads to make the mouths work better. Love... love... love... this website.

I was auto charged for another year with JibJab. Since I no longer use the app, I requested a cancellation and a refund. I was treated courteously and a refund was issued immediately. I appreciate doing business with them.

I had an account I had not used in a while and I had misplaced all my account information. I emailed the help desk and my account was identified and the issue cleared up in a day! Jib Jab was very responsive!

Others I've tried, no one's face looks right. Either there's a gap or the angle is off. This one is easily customizable to fit the face. You can adjust size and angle of the face and the frames and can also adjust the mouth part in a lot of different ways so that everything works together perfectly to hilarious effect :)

I felt trapped. After spending over an hour putting my "free" card together, I couldn't send it without paying for it first. Wait! I thought it was free! And then I had a choice of monthly or yearly but it was toll over so I had to remember to cancel it. What a rip off.

Great for a 1 time use. But it's boring and inappropriate for many uses. And it is very expensive. It would be nice to be able to use the service for all holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries but it isn't. You don't want to send filth or sexual innuendos to a daughter or to most people.
Having clean and nice options to send for Valentines from a mother to a daughter or son, or a friend or a mother or sister.

Keeps taking me in circles. When I try and make a card and sign in thru both Facebook and jib jab I get a message saying please sign in... which I do. Than I get a message saying I already have an account. Sign in, go to make a card. Asks me to sign in again..

There are a few what I would classify as really good cards that allow personal headshots to be inserted over actual videos headshots. There are a couple of cute digital cards that are cute without the headshots. However, my reason for purchasing the subscription is vacated by the crudeness of most; leaving a great idea ineffectual for my applications.

I love Jib Jab and what you offer what I did not like is the fact I had to sign up for a whole year if I don't want to download the app. I emailed your team and was hoping someone might be able to change my plan, however I was advised I have to download the app to do so. That I really like at all.

A friend of mine sent me a birthday card from jibjab of me dancing to "Tequila". I don't think I had laughed so hard in months! I couldn't wait to try it out and immediately sent my son a card of him and his girlfriend dancing the Brazilian Samba. I'm going to have a lot of fun with this!
