When I ordered I got immediate response, great price, received in 2 days & the presentation was exceptional. The free of the cube necklace just sent it over the top. It is so nice that this customer service still exists. Thank you
This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. Can't read the engraving so sorry I wasted my time and money I'll definitely be returning them. Stones aren't cut the same paid extra for genuine diamonds on the side of the ring and there just bumps are diamonds even set there? I paid extra for engraving but can't even see it it's small but also barly engraved into the metal. I'm just very unimpressed with all of it. I'll spend more elsewhere for quality items. I recored myself writing this review and I'll post on BBB and sitejabber & Facebook and record any phone calls (this place is shady) till my money is returned. You will be sorry you used this site…
I spent almost $200 on a custom ring for my mother for Christmas
Immediately upon opening the box I was in absolute shock at how cheap it looked and how the photos online looked much better than the actual product
The ring looks like it was bought from Walmart for $50
Because it was too close to Christmas for me to change gifts I gave it to her anyways
It's only January 26th and the ring is scratched up dull and the engraving is barely visible (though you could barely see it to begin with)
I expected much better quality for the price
I was way more impressed with the custom box than I was with the ring.
Disappointed in the size of the stones verrry small and get lost in the pendant. Customer service is quick to answer, however, they would add stones to make up for size "AT A COST" when initially i couldve gotten 6 stones included in original price (i bought it with 2). Im not a picky person however make it close to the photo or so that people can tell there are stones in it. Yes i understand enlarged to show detail but this isnt the case here
I ordered a mothers ring for my girlfriend as she was about to give birth to our child. The ring came in on time and before she gave birth so my plan worked perfectly. That is until I slipped in on her finger and within 24 hours she had a greenish/purple ring around her finger from the ring. This instantly went from a great idea/gift to embarrassment on my behalf. I could not believe it. Very bad deal and will be trying to resolve this issue.
Spent over $200 carefully selecting/designing a special keepsake ring for my daughter. When the ring arrived it looked nothing like the picture that confirmed before I placed my order on the web page. The band is very thin and you can barely read the tiny skew printed message. I ordered a lovely ring and the thick band complimented the design. Thin and dainty is what arrived. I'm taking it to a proffesional jewler to asses if the stones and silver are real. I have my doubts after searching Jewlr complaints after I placed my order. Too late to cry over spilt milk.
I like everything thus far but Placing the order it kept still. I needed the right ASAP and due to this problem Im no longer getting it sooner on the 2nd its so Frustrating.
I chose cursive engraving, and the pictures all show it black and easily seen. In reality if you don't have a magnifying glass or enlarge a photo you cannot see the engraving! I opted not to exchange it because I didn't want the hassle. Yes, they offered to exchange it for a different font. The return process is pretty involved though. I plan to order a different version of the ring in a better quality metal and different font in the near future.
I ordered a ring that looked beautiful. However the shank was extremely thin and has bent and broken only after wearing it for 3 weeks.

I purchased a ring after my father passed to represent him, once I paid I had no contact with the company. I want to ask about delivery time, no reply. I rang the number provided and apparently I was ringing out business hours, was ringing in Australia in business to their business place here. Emailed so many time, never got a reply. Finally I did. I received the ring which is meant to be 10ct gold, no markings on ring, had two well known jewellers look at it and they could not find the marking to say it was 10ct gold. When I was able to get a hold of them, I mentioned this and was told I was lying and that the ring is marked. Sent photos and they admitted it wasn't there. Now they expect me to return the ring so they can fix it. I had this ring made so I could wear it to remember my father and I have had nothing but rudeness, nasty people who called me a lier about not receiving any calls from them till this one. I said I can provide my call log if they like. Disgusting customer service. Beware, once they get your money, they will not communicate with you.
I received a rose gold lotus necklace about a year ago that was beautiful and dainty, and I loved it. Since then, I have had to have it repaired 3 times because the chain keeps breaking. I don't have a single other necklace that I've had to repair even once, and I wear necklaces daily. Each time the necklace broke, it was after it came in contact with chlorinated water. The company claims it uses real 10K gold, but I find it unusual it can't withstand pool water. Again, never had this happen to a single other necklace, so I really can't recommend this company at all, even though the necklace is beautiful.
My son brought me a bracelet from this company, with it I received a necklace (which incdiently was broken on the clasp) when I reported it to them they dispatched another one which I received very quickly from a post mark in Edinburgh! And less than two months later one of the stones fell out of the bracelet, I reported it to the company and had to pay £12.00 for the cost of returning it to them from repair, they did agree to cover my costs up £12.00 for returning it, it then cost me a further £7.95 to pay to the post office return it to them which incidentally again was in Edinburgh. They have agreed to reimburse me the £7.95 however it has still cost me £12 for them to post it back to me.
I do not understand why if items were posted to and from Edinburgh why I incurred the £12 and I'm afraid am really disappointed with this company - would not recommend
I ordered a ring for Valentine's Day with my sons names and birthstones. The engraving job just looks cheap and will probably wear off quickly. The ring is MUCH smaller and thinner than the picture. I paid several hundred dollars for a ring that looks like it came from Claires for $10. Won't order again.
I was disappointed with the chain that I got with the rose gold bar. It is not what the pic showed, it looks like it will break so easily because it is so fine and delicate, I guess the pic was very very magnified. If I would have paid $40 or $50 I would understand but it ended up costing me $180
The stones are tiny compared to the photos on the web site. Quite unsatisfied.
Easy site to maneuver. Gem size very oversized in pictures. I am not happy with the size of the simulated gems in the ring - we can hardly see them, except for the simulated ruby. Very disappointed in that.
The order stated that it would arrive on mothers day(the 8th). After payment receive date changed to the 18th. When I contacted customer service with my issue I was told that the only give "Estimated" Receive Date and cannot give a shipping time.

Even though they said that they could not have it ship before mothers day they must have pushed my order to the top of the list. My order came on the 6th.

The ring looked beautiful on-line but when it arrived I wasn't impressed. First it was very small, so small you couldn't even read the names on it plus the stone that I paid extra for was dull and chipped.
At most it was a $30 ring. I paid $185.
When I first contacted you regarding the chipped/cracked stone it was going to cost me MORE money to get it fixed. After I complained I was told it wouldn't cost me but I still had to send it back.
I thought about it but decided it wasn't even worth the postage to send it back for repair. I chalked it up to a lesson learned. I will never buy jewelry online again. This was an expensive lesson for a ring I wore less than an hour.
The ring is very small for the price. I am very disappointed as it was supposed to be the main gift for my wife and it looks like fake jewelry
I had received the necklaces I ordered in the mail and when I went to open the box I discovered that both necklaces were completely tangled in numerous numerous knots. I spent over one hour untangling the necklaces. I even phoned jeweller to ask what they could do. All they said was to send the necklace is back. These are Christmas gifts I had no time to send them back. The agent was only helpful in that an email was sent with in instructions on how to return the necklaces. The agent was not sympathetic to my problem but only said that it happened during delivery. This is impossible. In the end I had spent time untangling the necklaces. But jeweller was not helpful in sending new necklaces and helping me out. There was no time to send the necklace is back, as I had said previously. Something else could've been done to help this. And I believe the agent should have trusted what I said and not make up some excuse as to why it happened.
The service was faultless, but the item (a ring) was very very small and not what I expected. The stones were so small it was almost impossible to tell what colour they were.
I purchased a nice 10k family piece with four stones, and engraving.
The overall shopping experience was great with a very polished website and order customization process.
The ring was produced and shipped within a week of ordering, and arrived on time as expected.
The ring is nice, the engravings look good and are actually slightly larger than the website showed(which is a good thing since I was concerned they would be too small to read as others have mentioned)
I ordered a diamond(cubix), emerald(genuine), topaz(genuine) and ruby(genuine). The cubix diamond and genuine topaz are acceptable I feel, but the ruby and emerald are so opaque that they look plastic.
I immediately started the refund process as I felt very disappointed with the stone quality, especially having paid the upgrade to genuine stones (except diamond).
I will update this review with my return experience, as I am slightly concerned with how it will go.
