the thermo mini torch that I ordered did not meet my expectations. But it can usefully used for other purposes. So, I decided to keep it instead of returning it.

thought that when shipping price was shown that the object price was included. please make more transparent what the end price will be when select shipping

I purchased a pair of pliers and was very nervous upon placing the order since that was the most I had ever invested in a pair of pliers. Worth every penny! They are a dream to work with and make precise consistent work so much easier. Not to mention I don't have to press so hard (my old ones didn't meet all the way) on thin wire to compensate, and my hands don't ever hurt anymore since they only need the lightest touch to work with. I'm carrying on but I just can't get over how great these are!

I like the site set up. It's easy to see what's in my cart and to get back to the page from which I was shopping.

While hardly waiting at all for my purchase, I received a couple of emails letting me know the status of my order. I can't tell you how other companies have made me wonder if I even placed an order--or had I just dreamed it. Anyhow, I plan to check out what else this company has to offer. The boxes containing the 2 third hand items were torn up. One is to be a present and really looks terrible. There wasn't any damage to the shipping box so they were obviously sent that way.

if you have an express checkout that doesn't require me to register with your website, don't require me to sign up after I've entered all my information including my credit card information. Not to mentioned it deleted my cart. I hope i don't have a double order. You know my name and email, why do I have to submit for the feedback?

I had some problems locating a couple of items, but that's probably due to the list given to me with some vague details.

So far so good. Price are competitive and the web site is very user friendly. One of my items turned out to not be in stock and a customer service rep called me and got a replacement for me and shipped it out immediately. Great customer service.

I do not understand why my AMEX card was rejected twice while it is on your list of approved cards. Your system said it was invalid, which of course it is not.
Other than that it was an easy and pleasant experience.

Initial impression is good prices on good (or better) tools and materials. Easy navigation and nice links to video tutorials. Good offer of help with my order.

After my first order was received I was extremely pleased and satisfied with my order and shall become a future customer.

I don't mind paying shipping, but an added handling fee is just extra expense that other retailers don't charge. Feels like paying the added fees on the phone bill. You can't do business without processing the product.
