if you have an express checkout that doesn't require me to register with your website, don't require me to sign up after I've entered all my information including my credit card information. Not to mentioned it deleted my cart. I hope i don't have a double order. You know my name and email, why do I have to submit for the feedback?

I do not understand why my AMEX card was rejected twice while it is on your list of approved cards. Your system said it was invalid, which of course it is not.
Other than that it was an easy and pleasant experience.

I don't mind paying shipping, but an added handling fee is just extra expense that other retailers don't charge. Feels like paying the added fees on the phone bill. You can't do business without processing the product.

While this plastic cone mandrel fits my purposes, it does seem a bit pricey for a piece of plastic.

I am satisfied but won't know how pleased until I get my order priority mail. Otherwise I have no complaint. The site was user friendly.

I like that I was able to find exactly what I wanted in relatively short order, and the description gave me enough confidence to go through with my order! Some descriptions, however, seemed identical and a bit vague which threw me off. I'm anxious to see how satisfied I am with the product!
