Overall is very nice but the picture in the description is deceptive and the title said it was a thick chain. It is very thin, not thick. Communication was great, shipping and tracking was within an acceptable time, I am awaiting a second auction I won but the shipping took much longer than this one to be shipped. It would be nice if in the future, they add the thickness of the chains in their description. Like this one is about 1mm.
I have purchased 2 items on line from this company, 18ct gold studs and a 18ct gold bracelet as a present for my wife on our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. The bracelet is so small, it would be hard pressed to fit a baby let alone my wife's wrist. The photos on line do not represent the actual size, I believe they have all been photo shot, never again will i purchase anything from this site. Also I believed all items were priced in AUD, what a shock i got when I was charged more for conversion into Hong Kong or American dollars?
I was keen to obtain a gold necklace for myself and spotted one in the Jewelry Room so I bid on it with no expectation of success. I was successful and received the item promptly. However I realise now that I should have identified exactly what the item was as it was unsuitable for me but will be of some use to my wife, Also did not realise that my bid of $50AUS would be converted into USD and actually resulting in a final cost of $120AUS.

FIRST THE DELAY WITH THE ORDERS AND THE OTHER VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SENT ME. It has no relationship with what I received. I have won several bids during the time i have been a part of Jewelry Room and all the jewelry is exquisite. My only advise is to read the descriptions very carefully and bid based on the actual description given. Also do googles search on items in question. Get all the possible info you can before bidding. If you really like an item watch it all the way to the end of the bid as some people wait till last minute to place bids so they have better chance of winning at lowest bid price.
it was mostly my fault as i took a break from bidding and when i came back i entered in a different name and venue.

I have purchased items twice on jewelryroom.com and every time I think about buying jewellery for my wife, that's the place where I'm going to be going. She is overwhelmed with the quality, the look, and the prestige of wearing such fine quality jewelry.
I have only received a couple of my items but they are both gorgeous. Fairly quick postage only a couple weeks, not bad considering they come from overseas.
I was looking for good quality at an economical price
It was great to remain in the privacy of my home and review so many jewelry options. The choice was diverse as were the price points. I was able to purchase some unique products without a sales person breathing down my neck. When I did have a minor problem it was resolved at customer service in about 24 hours.
I inadvertently (in the beginning) bid on an item I did not want. Once explained, they removed the bid so I did not loose my standing. Andy was very understanding.
I have been watching JTV and was surfing the internet when your name came up. I liked what I saw and registered.
I asked for them to look up a email I got for a discount that I must have deleted and they gave it to me, thats tells me they care about their customers.

I was confused about the delete button next to the items I bid on. I thought by clicking on it my bid woudl be deleted but this was not the case. It took a few emails but eventually all but one where deleted for me.

I contacted them and they said oh that's because you're a billing address is the same as your shipping address for verify that we need you to send proof of that for you live and I really appreciated the fact that they were looking out for me and once again, I was happy with the product.
