Overall is very nice but the picture in the description is deceptive and the title said it was a thick chain. It is very thin, not thick. Communication was great, shipping and tracking was within an acceptable time, I am awaiting a second auction I won but the shipping took much longer than this one to be shipped. It would be nice if in the future, they add the thickness of the chains in their description. Like this one is about 1mm.

I have purchased 2 items on line from this company, 18ct gold studs and a 18ct gold bracelet as a present for my wife on our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. The bracelet is so small, it would be hard pressed to fit a baby let alone my wife's wrist. The photos on line do not represent the actual size, I believe they have all been photo shot, never again will i purchase anything from this site. Also I believed all items were priced in AUD, what a shock i got when I was charged more for conversion into Hong Kong or American dollars?

I have purchased 2 items on line from this company, 18ct gold studs and a 18ct gold bracelet as a present for my wife on our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. The bracelet is so small, it would be hard pressed to fit a baby let alone my wife's wrist. The photos on line do not represent the actual size, I believe they have all been photo shot, never again will i purchase anything from this site.
Also I believed all items were priced in AUD, what a shock i got when I was charged more for conversion into Hong Kong or American dollars?

I believed it was a genuine auction for genuine items, I was after something special for my wife to give to her on our 50th wedding anniversary. I am so dissapointed that I have given her both items now, instead of waiting till 18/05/2024, our anniversary date, and will look locally for something else.

The photos of the jewelry are very enlarged and not at all representative of what you are going to get! The necklace I thought I ordered was about as thin as a human hair with the tiniest 'gold' balls that it made me laugh! I learned a huge lesson about trusting these offers and I AM DONE.

I received one order of two (both paid for immediantly). The package received had one necklace and one pair of earrings (?). One of the earrings of the pair had a missing post Sivan not be put into my ear. I reached out to the company who did respond but then denied my order number or even my name or email as being registered. This is the second time in many orders something similar has happened. I wonder if I'll get my other ordered product as they deny I exist. It is too bad, I like their product but will have to cease dealing with them. So I'm out money and product after being told basically I don't exist.

I've emailed them 8x, they say no problem, still nothing. One of the rings I purchased and wore about 3 days lost the stone today.

I purchased 3 solid gold rings and 4 silver rings.
They only sent me the silver not the gold and lied about it costing me to over draft my account and fees.
They are so full of crap!
And quality diamonds They advertise on there auctions are low grade not worth a cent!
Took rings to a pawn and jewelry shop both said tha same thing!
Jewelry room are crooked sons of a *itches!

Tip for consumers:
Beware of Jewelryroom.com they are rip off!!!
Won gold rings and silver rings but Jewelry room only sent me silver not the gold rings and still till this day Jewelryroom.com denied it to my bank causing me to over draft my account and fees and fines I had to oay.
They take over 2 months to deliver and never sent my gold still

“First, we have searched our customer database from 2017-2023 and found no customer by the name CHRIS A. With a similar purchase.”

“Second, the first image of the ring is shown in a jewelry box. We do not offer this type of jewelry box. This is NOT our jewelry box and we cannot see the front view of the jewelry.”

“Third, Looking closely, you can see the earrings has a clear plastic backing. All our earrings do NOT have a big piece of clear plastic as a backing display. We do not have any clear plastic for our earrings. Therefore, we can confirm these images of jewelry do not belong to Jewelryroom.”

“Fourth, all our jewelry from the factory will have hallmarked stamps, such as 10K or 14K for metals purity and RT stamped as our factory company source.”

“Because it’s impossible to tell how pure a precious metal item is by simply looking at it, only official assaying can guarantee standards. Assay Office laboratories will test precious metal purity using the latest technologies, including x-ray and laser analysis.”

“Our company does not hold any payment or credit card info. Therefore, there is no access to additional fees or charges after the payment transition. The customer may also get an extra fee from the credit card company if they exceed their card limit.”

Conclusion,
As these two images are shown in this review. We now know the jewelry box do not belong to us, we also know the earrings with clear plastic backing do not belong to us. Plus we have no database by the name Chris A. We can confirm that this reviewer did not purchased through JewelryRoom, until this customer has more proof to be shown.

We understand some customers may mistake us as another company. These complaints could easily be written by our business competitors.

The ring I bought arrived and is exceptionally flimsy and the diamond is really small. Supposed to be a 1.1 carat but looks tiny. I have asked for a return. Received the ticket number but they have not responded since with regards to the shipping number. The other purchase was a 2.5 carat diamond that looks like a dirty piece of glass. Same process as you cannot send 2 things back on the same ticket. It has been weeks, I have sent numerous emails and still no response. I would not recommend wasting your money.

Polite email stating they have had returns before and would send me a RAD number with information on how they want the goods returned. Nothing more even after numerous emails asking for assistance.

This is a scam I purchased an item and after nearly a month they still have not sent tracking info. They do not have the items they are selling and they put in bids to make you bid more. I lost an auction but they contacted me afterwards to say I won. This site is a scam. Do not use it.

"Because Gail is our new buyer and with a shipping cost total of $200, Jewelryroom has emailed her twice for email and address verification for being the first time buyer."

"A week after she ordered, on May 28,2022 Gail finally replied to our eTicket...

"I still have not received tracking information about my purchase. I would have expected my purchase to be sent by now. Please explain. I hope this is not a scam."

"Jewelryroom messaged her back, mentioning shipment may take a few weeks due to the global virus and customs difficulties."

Gail replied, "I bought this item a week ago why has it not been sent."

"10 days after she had ordered, on June 1,2022, Jewelryroom asked Gail to cancel her reported case. Otherwise, we cannot ship her item, while the case is open for reverse funds. But Gail insisted Jewelryroom refund her money back immediately."

"Please note, whenever the buyer has an open case with a credit card, the seller does not have the ability to refund any amount during the open case. Cases may take up to 60-90 days upon review. Which means we are unable to refund or send any goods to customers during this time."

"Eventually, she has all her money back. But the whole situation could have been avoided if she had been able to answer our email timely, so we could ship her product. Shipping may have taken a week or less, but from experience, we have to mention it may take a bit longer because of the global pandemic."

"Operating for over 20 years. We randomly verify new buyers, and this procedure only applies to first time buyers. Any repeated buyer will not be asked to verify again."

Itms are fake. You pay thousands for fake jewellery that peels off after a month. Disgusted by them! Sadly, you only realise your mistake of purchasing from them, after the transaction has been made and your cheap pieces reach your shores and start to peep off. I tried calling and returning the jewellery but to date have had no response from them. This is now over 2 yrs. Totally disgusted by such fraudulent people and organisation.

After contacting for items not recieved company sent a opened unsealed package with no product in it. I have vidieo and a locked mailbox. Jewelryroom.com is really RTOVERSEAS INC. But the BBB doesn't show they are a business. I've filed with the BBB USPS INSPECTOR GENERAL AND FTC. Anyone getting scammed by jewelryroom.com should do the same don't let it go. By my calculations they have ripped off an extremely large amount of monies from consumers.

Don't get scammed like I did.

I was supposed to receive jewelry $180. I paid for an empty opened unsealed package with no products

I bought 2 pairs of earrings for my daughter. She lost them her first time wearing each pair bc the backs were so loose they wouldn't stay on. I spent over $300 for a ring that took over 2 months to arrive and it is NOT the same ring I had bid on. Similar but NOT the exact ring and you can tell its not real, just looks so fake and cheaply made. Even though it says 18k gold there's holes and scratches on it like it's just plated if anything. The "diamonds" if they're real which i doubt are super super tiny. The color of the main stone is also not the same color I expected. Its bull$#*!. I'm really pissed about it

Don't buy from them. Just go in person to a jewlery store or pawn shop. This site is a rip off. They also charge you an extreme amount for shipping. 2 pairs of earrings that I "won" at $20 a piece $40 total ended up costing about $75 with shipping. My ring that took over 2 months to arrive, cost 260 but with shipping it was 310. Not worth it. Cheap fake products. Embarrassed I fell for it. If it seems too good to be true it probably is

We would’ve been happy to resent the lost earring backing if that may help resolve the issue, or if you have contacted us through our customer service, we may ask customer to send back for replacement. JR Service Team, “The two earrings at lower price range which you have bought on April 13,2021, and were shipped with tracking number within 2 days.

The higher value of the pink topaz 18kt solid gold ring was purchased on April 9,2021 and shipped on May 7,2021. The delay was caused by you as a new customer first-time buyer and require address confirmation in verifying our new customers are not credit card fraud buyers before high price shipment. After few weeks, we are finally able to contact you for verification for shipment.”

JR Service Team, “Alicia, if you read our description from this original product link https://www.jewelryroom.com/product.php?aid=588631 It has clearly shown there are 24 pcs of diamond with total carat of 0.15 and based on google search for diamond size, you can guess which size can be expected. As for the color different from the main pink gem, every computer color level monitor has a little different on true color image, therefore cannot be expected to receive the same color as you see from computer.”

Customer said, “They also charge you an extreme amount for shipping. 2 pairs of earrings that I "won" at $20 a piece $40 total ended up costing about $75 with shipping.”

JR Service Team, “For mailing jewelry, it is a requirement for insurance as well, therefore include insurance, shipping & handling at $20-25 is a quite fair amount for jewelry shipment. In fact, due to the pandemic, the shipping cost has raised in price, yet JewelryRoom insist remaining the same price for all our customers.”
