Very quick delivery BUT... you are paying courier prices. When I first ordered communication was good etc. When parcel arrived I was overall pretty pleased... until I started opening things and they were damaged. Stones etc missing or pieces hanging off. I did contact them that day and they advised if I sent pics they would replace in my next order. I began to sell items and all I got was returns. Faulty items. When I emailed to advised I was not happy with the quality and that I would prefer a refund I was told that as I had ordered almost 2 months ago that they couldnt do anything about it. I am a new business and they made things very difficult to build a customer base. Very annoyed and wasted alot of money with these people. Left with alot of unsellable stock. Will defo not be ordering again. Dont waste your money!

My partner surprised me with jewelry sets from JewelryBund and I absolutely love them! Gorgeous colours & designs, fits perfectly with my dresses and they do so many lovely jewellery on their website. Only complaint was it took a bit longer than usual for delivery (10 days) but overall, I am satisfied with the jewelry and service they supplied.

We have been ordering from JewelryBund for the past six months or so. The prices are great and the quality is good. They have nice pictures on their website along with dimensions of the pieces... which I highly recommend looking at. Some items may appear smaller than they actually are. Their crystal necklaces and stainless steel pieces are very nice quality. I like that we can find unique items for our boutique at affordable prices.

Yes this is a real website and not a scam one but go ahead and purchase from them if you can face the rudest customer agent on the planet. I take back my words for saying they have the best line of customer services agents. I was a hundred percent WRONG. I wish I could add the snapshot chain emails I encountered with the agent (YES I STILL HAVE THE COURTESY TO MAKE REMAINED ANONYMOUS). Thank you for the email. However for fane1329 can you please explain the 50% refund? This is because, the pearls are totally missing and we dont see any pieces in the plastic or in the box to glue them back on. Therefore this is a 100% faulty item. And the damaged are very noticeable in fact noticed by our customer. We hope to get a full refund as this cannot be resold.

Also, for fane1459, we used to get 100% refund for this one. We did not get the item as in the picture in the website. This is an incomplete item.

We have attached all the pictures as prove. We also noticed that you have blurred the image of the end of the fane1459. We hope this will not happen again as this could affect our decision to repeat orders. We are satisfied with the service that JewelryBund has provided us, however we do not appreciate if we are being cheated and our rights as a customer are being taken away.

First and foremost,, you really need to improve your people skill. I did not appreciate your reply at all. You requested us to confirm the issuance so we did. We were just asking for clarification and not a blunt reply like you sent us. We merely sent the email to claim whatever we did not get as we have already paid for them. We understand a tiny dot on the necklace may not be a big deal and so we appreciate the partial refund and your hospitality. However encountering missing parts and trying to fool us by blurring the pictures on your website are really unacceptable.

Lastly, if that is the best you can do, we are fine with it, we now confirm the refund. And you are right, we definitely can choose not to buy from JewelryBund in the future.:)

I bought a scarf here. It is very beautiful and it costs less than $4. It was delivered to me on time, right for my B-day.

This was the first time ordering from this company. I was overall pleased with my experience. I ordered about 37 necklaces just to test out the products and company to resell in a small startup business. I had initially used a company in the US and was so dissatisfied with quality and was scared to order from a China based company because of all the bad reputations a lot of them had. But Jewelrybund was good I received it in less than 2 weeks and it was all packaged well. It all looked exactly like the pictures and some were even better than the pics. Two of my pieces had loose stones. But I dont know if thats the company fault or because they were re shipped to me by family. But overall I am pleased and would order again.

Although the pricing might be great. I've had many issues with Jewelry Bund products. Lots of returns as well. On my first order there were many damages but I opted to use my own shipping agent therefore I could not contest much. However on the second order there were many damages and those are not shipping defects clearly factory problems. Be sure that as much as the items look good. They change colour and aren't of high standard. I've now decided to go to China and get stuff directly. If you do take it to customer service you will be asked to stick the items or they will offer you a credit for your next order.
