I was sucked into purchasing some rings from this website on Feb 1st, 2024. It came in smaller than my actual ring size. I've been trying to get them to process the refund and it has been a major pain! They are trying to delay it so it reaches the 30-day return policy. The product looks cheap like kids' fake jewelry. Be very wary of this made-in-China junk! They will run away once they get your money! The return policy is just a gimmick!

The stitches on the mouth and side were shown to be black mine are silver. The ring is nice but the black missing takes away from the beauty.

I see the same ring with 18k gold around the hearts for $4.00 on wish. Julia has it for $119.00 WOW!

I received as a gift purchased from your company. It was a beautiful ring. I have had it for almost two years. However recently the gold plate has come off, and my had has broken out and the skin has peeled off. I never wore the ring in water, during cleaning, etc. I'm not sure what has caused this, it has been cleaned, but every time I put it back on, my finger breaks out and the skin peels off again. I'm not pleased with the longevity of this piece at all.

I noticed that the band under the crossover piece is dull as if it was buffed after the ring was put together. It does not look like the one in the advertisement. I still like the ring and continue to receive compliments.

My mother in law had me buy the ring for her and once it was received it came in a beautiful box and all but the looking at the pictures online and having it in person are 2 different things the shiny that the marquee didn't shine very well in any light even outside it has a full hue to it. I don't see the quality work is there. The company I had to contact since I didn't get a tracking number like stated on website I had to open a ticket since you can't call them.

As for the stone didn't shine well, we recommend to use a 50%-50% mix of rubbing alcohol and water, spray onto the stone and allow to sit for three to five minutes, then rinse with water and carefully dry. Quality is worthy of the prices. However, in spite of the fact that they post photos showing what an item looks like on a model, once received, all are much smaller than advertised.

This was my first order with Juelia. There's a ring I'd been wanting to get my wife and finally did this past Christmas (2020). The first letdown was it was the 1 gift out of all the gifts for my family, I bought 100% online this year, that did not make it on Christmas. When she finally got her ring, around a week after Christmas, she found it didn't fit quite right so we thought we'd exchange it for a different size of the exact ring. Thinking this wouldn't be an issue, we started the return on their website. They don't do exchanges, but rather give you option of money back to your card, or store credit and then whenever it's approved, they give you store credit, then you order the item in whatever size you need. My status tracker on the Jeulia website was at the "delivered to Jeulia" status for a week without changing. So I wrote them, and they responded very quickly, and then my store credit was available the next day. However, it was less than the amount I bought the ring for, despite having free shipping then and for my reorder of the same ring with amended size. Also, be aware your cost of shipping the ring back to them is 100% on you. Most companies give you credit of the shipping the item back to them cost once they receive the package, but no; instead I didn't receive reimbursement for my shipping the ring to them, I also received less money for the ring. I ended up paying more for the ring this time than I did originally when ordering it for Christmas. Even if the "sale" is over, when you usually shop at a store, and then need to return something, it is always given to you for the price that you paid originally, because you are just exchanging the same thing for a different size, but that is not the case with this company. So, if it wasn't for my wife really wanting the ring, I would have already got an actual refund and moved on. I will not use this company in the future as soon as she gets her ring this time. I love giving positive reviews, but conversely, when there's an issue I think people should know about it. Not meant as a discouraging "don't buy from here" kind of message, but just a heads up to what you may encounter if you need to exchange your order, whatever the reason be. My wife is happy with the ring, thankfully; which has made this whole mess worth it to me.

My husband had bought a ring for me a couple of years ago from this company. Its a beautiful ring, I love love it! When I lost a stone from the ring, we contacted the company and they replied to send it back to be fixed. We had and it came back still beautiful. I only wore it twice and a whole row of tiny stones fell out again. I love my ring and I'll never will be able to wear it. I'll contact them again to see where we go from here. I suggest to make better prongs to hold the stones in place. The large stone is just breathtaking!... Please fix my ring. Again?!?. Thank you.

I have purchased in the past with no problem. When I purchased this ring set i chose the free checking and put my coupon code. When I received my confirmation email i was charged $20.00 and no discount. I immediately sent them a email stating what I was charged. They said it was my fault, that I never selected free shipping or added the discount code.
I do most of my shopping online and would never have made these mistakes. Why would anyone pay $20.00 to have a ring shipped.
The only mistake I made was not making a copy of my order. They have lost a good customer.

The product was mailed out very quick, I did upgrade to 3 day mail. My wife lost her Vera Wang 2 carat ring. So I thought she would love a Jeulia ring, which she did. But while she was out at the mall people had told her it looks cheap and it looks like sliver and the stone does NOT
Sparkle. She came home completely embarrassed which I felt bad for her. Buy knowing it will not look pricey.

I ordered the gorgeous, Gold Tone Radiant Cut Sterling Silver ring. It's beautiful! Except, that after 2 months of wearing it, the gold tone is now completely silver. I'm not huge fan of silver. So, that's really disappointing.

I ordered 2 different ring sets. The workmanship is superior
The smaller stones all around the ring had a beautiful brilliance. However, the main attraction, the center stone, was dull and cloudy in both ring sets. Hopefully there won't be a
Big hassle returning them.

The first time I ordered from this company the service was impeccable, but now I can hardly get any help with my second order. I paid extra for expedited shipping and still have not received my order and I have already paid for everything in full. I am going to complain once again about Jeulia Jewlery my husband ordered a ring for me he was supposed to get a discount, we had a code that was supposed to give the discount, but when the order was placed it never gave an option for the code, we ended up paying full price plus all the other fees, my husband e-mailed them about it, and has not gotten a response. The money was taken from my account at full price plus fees, not happy this is my second order and probably last.

I finally received my ring, after I had to return the first. I am a size 6 & that's what I ordered. It was way too tight. So I had to return, which the return process is crazy. You have to go into the website & say why you are returning. Then when you have a tracking number you HAVE to enter it or they won't except it. Then they give you a credit. Then you have to REORDER the item, even though I wanted a exchange.(just a different size) You DO NOT get your shipping $ back of +$20. (So I paid almost $50 over because of the return) BUT Now I finally got my ring that fits, a size up then normal & I really do LOVE it.

I was surprised at how fast my order arrived and, at first, was satisfied with the quality versus the price paid. However, I looked down about 30 minutes after I got the ring and one of the baguettes was already missing. I might try a different ring based on how my experience is returning this one but I don't think I will take a chance on another one of this style. Too many stones to fall out.

The price is great & when I FINALLY received the ring, it is beautiful. Although it doesn't fit so now torn if I should send it back & wait for replacement or just take to jeweler to have it sized. I am very disappointed that I paid the $20 extra for 1-4 day shipping and received it 9 days later. I guess since it was being shipped from China, there is a holiday called "National Day"? The company should state that the shipping would be delayed when I placed my order.
