Hi! I'm Ted. I surprised my girlfriend with a nice toe ring!. And, boy, did she thank me! She went absolutely "foot nuclear" on me! We both are into the "foot thing," and we have so much fun with her pretty, petite bare feet. First, she dipped her toes into my wine glass, and she giggled as I lickEd every drop off her toes. Then she massaged my face with her bare feet when we were laying on the bed. By far the best part is when I sucked on her toes and licked the sweat off the soles of her bare feet. Bad customer service when it comes to returns. Think twice before buying from them.

I have purchased a pair of rings from jeulia.de. My order came in time but I decided not to keep them. I went to their website and tried to register my returns online, and this is where things start to go wrong.

I was asked to fill out a form to have the refund sent back to my original payment method (instead of a store coupon), but the URL to that specific form is broken, and one cannot register the returns without completing this step.

I have written multiple emails (to service@) and submitted multiple tickets (through their website) in the past two weeks but have not received any answer from them.

I start to wonder if they are delaying the reply on purpose to let the return period run out.

I ordered a ring from them and it supposedly was left right in the center of my porch steps. Not sure if someone stole it or what happened but I didn't receive it nor would they give me a refund. They shouldn't leave a small package like that lay in the center of the steps as u walk into a porch for anyone to walk by and pick up. They refused to replace it or refund me so I was just out the money I spent on the purchase. I feel they could have put it in my screen door... off to the side or in my mailbox out of plain sight for someone to walk up and see.

Jeulia is dishonest and shady. They change prices once the item is in your cart. They add things to your cart then refuse to refund it. Jeulia added their "prime" to my order and it wasn't even listed in my cart. When my order was confirmed I saw that prime had been added I immediately contacted them and they
Refused to refund the amount saying my order had been discounted $10 because of it even though it hadn't. And even now the ring I ordered shows $20 cheaper than what I paid. They refused to refund my money and kept saying I added it which I never did.

Do not trust them at all!

I ordered a ring from them but it turns out that the size is wrong! Delivery took several weeks despite advised 8 working days. Next, I had to send the return parcel all the way to the US to initiate the refund process. Furthermore, they are claiming first S$20 then S$30, because the ring is of custom size. Also their website is very confusing and making it deliberately very difficult for their customer to obtain any refund. Despite endless interactions via e-mail, they are still only offering store credit but not refund despite assurances to the contrary. So watch out, these are dishonest people, they are not based in Singapore but somewhere in China, and they have no intention granting any refund. Who have been warned!

No customer service, when you call *******158 it hangs up saying the mail box is full. Submitted a ticket and it was a joke of a response. Not helpful at all. Nice jewelry but if anything goes wrong you've lost your money. And no one is willing to help. Regret spending my money with them.

BELOW EXPECTATIONS

I just received my ring today after waiting about a month to get. It is a sterling silver, and yes it is pretty, but NOTHING like what their website shows you. The ring is not only two-three sizes too big (after using their tips and ordering the proper size), but the stones are not visible at all, and the design is not as intricate as it is supposed to look. They claim they take their time to custom create their jewelry, but there seems to not be the passion and love there. Is it because it comes from China? Which you don't even know about until it is too late. These are WAY WAY WAY over priced, save you money, go get something better at WalMart. I wish I did.

My sons purchased a ring from Jeulia for Mother's Day last year in 2021. It was beautiful. Within 1 month where MOM was in rose gold had faded away. I contacted them and we went through the motions of me mailing it back and them replacing it. Within a month the replacement ring did the same thing. I am thinking the materials where the rose gold should be on the ring are either defective or not the correct materials to use. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I do not want to send it back and get a replacement if it is going to happen again. Beware on if you buy the MOM ring. I will attach pictures. Thank you for your time!

I just ordered a male and female wedding wrong. Black titanium is great but the female already has visible scratches all around the outside. She's been wearing it for TWO DAYS. Normal usage! Nothing crazy! We've just been cooking… we came to Jeulia in hopes to find a few reliable and affordable wrings. Yes I can say the black titanium wring that I wear is great so far, but it's only been two days. You can Clearly see visible scratches on my wife's wring that ended up being $300. AND, I'm messaging their support and they're saying "they can void the warranty at any time". That's if their "jewelry specialists" determine if the damage is from "abuse". Unbelievable. (To clarify, the female wring with all the scratches is the "Jeulia Moissanite Twist Round Cut Wring".

Quality decreased

I purchased my wedding band 5yrs ago from Jeulia and decided to try them again. The wedding band I purchased for my husband was beautiful for advertising purposes but when I received it, the band was tiny for a size 10, looked more like a female band and the details was cheaply designed. I am highly disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

I returned two orders that didn't fit and requested cash refund. They provided store credit and said that since items were returned, shipping to me was no longer Free and they deducted it from the amount they owed me. The whole process was a pain. They do everything in their power to keep your money. I don't think I will see a penny of the money

I bought the JEULIA NEVER APART BRACELET from them and within a month the rose gold was coming off and it was falling apart, very poor customer service and merchandise.

SCAM! RUN AWAY!

What a scam. I ordered 3 items for Valentine's and after 14 days, order was still in process. I called a day before Valentine's to cancel and was charged 30% to cancel since 120 MINUTES had passed since the order although the order hadn't shipped. HORRIBLE!

Delivery terrible. Keep promising product and takes forever to come. Product sizing incorrect. Two rings 8.5/9.5 fit the same, for separate people delivered in same ring box. Emails back and forth with offers of credit for problems only to have retracted upon decision. Do not buy from juelia jewelry

Cheap jewelry

At first, I'll admit the rose gold ring with the chocolate Jeulia stone was stunning, absolutely beautiful! Could pass for the real thing. However, after my wife wore the ring for less than a week the rose gold plating has already started rubbing off revealing the silver base. She works in an office, so there's no reason why the plating should have come off like this. I was extremely pleased when I got the ring, but now hugely disappointed that the jewelry is junk.

Order a ring. The diamond fell out and ring turned color. Then sent out another one. Well 5 months later same thing. And now they say sorry you are out of warranty nothing we can do.

Make 100% sure you have the right ring size. They advertise free resizing but in their terms and conditions they have loopholes for them to get out of the "free" resizing. They will charge you 35% restocking fee plus shipping.
