Bought 2 tank dresses - same style but different colors - in the same size I've worn for several years for an upcoming trip. They were way too large. Original exorbitant shipping charge of $14.98 brought the cost up to $59.08; now I have the pleasure of paying $10.99 to return them and can wait for $31.00 back - slightly over half what the purchase cost me. That's outrageous! Maybe they make their money from sizing improperly and then raking in the cash from returns. An earlier order of a pair of pants came in very flimsy fabric, and I should have just stayed away. Very displeased. Will never again order from them - or their affiliates.

Brand new jacket from them. Washed so it could worn for the first time. Huge seam rip out underneath the arm. Cannot return because it's been washed. OF COURSE IT'S BEEN WASHED! Who wears clothes without first washing them? Very poor clothing and even worse customer service.

I was charged 25.00 by Jessica London for returning a pantsuit and skirtset that was made in China with flimsy and cheap looking fabric that was at least 2 sizes too small even though I ordered a size up from the beginning.It cost 15.00 in postal fees just to mail the package back to them.So I'm out 40.00 with nothing to show for it!I will never order from this company again! The worst customer service ever!

I purchased a pair
knee high boots in early Oct.- Nov.2023
I returned the boots for a refund and to this day2/19/24 I have not received my refund instead I received a bill for $92 dollars today, with a $35 minimum payment due!
I have Not Purchased anything but the boots with no refund so Tell me Jessica London where is my $80 and how do I owe you?
I am filing a claim plaint with the better business bureau!

I use to love shopping here online now I'm disappointed dresses are looking more like moo moo gowns and out dated dresses What happened to the awesome style this was a place where I could shop and get ready for church now Catherine, Women Within, and Jessica London are combined and it's not a good look at all

As you check out on Jessica London, they offer you their credit card and promos.
I am offered a credit card and coupons for my purchase,I get approved for the card and it redirects me to my cart with no info. I call customer service they direct me to credit services. I call credit services they tell me this is Sally Beauty to all customer service back. The next call center rep tries to convince me to reapply for the card again. All morning I'm going back and forth with offshore agents and then told to go into a store to use the card, there is not a Physical Jessica London store.

They are offshore scammers.

I have been calling for over 1 month to settle an issue with my credit card. Every customer service representative I spoke to had no knowledge of who to transfer me too. They gave me different numbers that just routed me back to customer service. I asked to speak to Supervisor and was never given the supervisor. Also all the people were foreign and it was difficult for me to understand their dialect. I'm done dealing with Jessica London. They need to train workers better and supply them with proper information.

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase from Jessica London. They are not very helpful when try to get a proper refunded.

On June 2022, I purchased a coat for my wife as a Christmas gift. I called on 1/10/23 and ask to exchange for a different size. I was told Jessica London has a 60 day return policy. I just want to exchange for size, but it is past the 60 day return policy. The coat was never worn, it still has the tags on it. I don't understand why they won't exchange for size. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I know we're still in a pandemic but I've been charged for the shoes I ordered from Jessica London 10 days ago and they haven't even shipped. The site says to allow extra time, but nothing more specific, and that they're too busy to enable their chat function to respond to inquiries. Does this mean that no one is there to prepare shipments? I suspect I should cancel the order and look elsewhere before it's too late to get something in time for graduation but who knows?

Don't order anything you need within the next few weeks!

I know to do this, but for some reason I didn't do it with a Jessica London order I placed on May 8. I needed one of the items for an event this Tuesday, 5/25. The merchandise has not shipped and I've been unable to get info about when it will ship. I requested that the order be cancelled as they haven't shipped it and I no longer need, nor want, the dress. I ordered other things too but wish I hadn't. Don't do what I did! Shop with reputable companies. Jessica London, sadly, doesn't seem to be one.

Always read reviews of a company BEFORE you do business with them.

I got an email regarding my order with minimum identification asking me to call regarding my order. I did and they asked for everything on the order including my credit card info. I stupidly gave it to them. Then thought again, I took the email to my bank and they said to cancel the credit card and get a new one because the email looked like a SCAM! I did and when the back order went through they just cancelled the order and now I have to pay extra for the item.

I received panties. I washed them before I wore them as anyone would do. Then the waistbands started unraveling. I tried to return them and first they wanted to charge me $10.99 to return defective merchandise. Then they said I could not return them if they had been washed. I spend $49.60 for something I am throwing away. I suggest not buying from someone who does not stand behind their merchandise.

Don't order anything from Jessica London. I ordered a "pure leather" jacket. It arrived a month later and it painted plastic that smells terrible! Such a SCAM and they got me!
I put it in the washer before throwing it in the garbage. Now it is in the dryer
Next step is the garbage!

I made several large on-line purchases near the end of 2022. I returned several items in separate mailings. I returned exactly as instructed. I received a refund check in the mail for returned merchandise. A few months later I get statement in mail showing a late fee and a balance owed. My credit score decreased 83 points. I was not aware I had a balance. I never paid late either. To add insult to injury, they lowered my available credit to $200.00. I paid what they claimed I owed and I closed my account. I'll never buy from Jessica London again.

I have been purchasing from these three sellers for approximately 10 years already, if not more. I purchase tops, tunics & dresses too. I am satisfied mostly with the quality of the clothes, comfortable fabrics, durable and well priced; these are practical for daily wear not for a black tie event or such - just daily wear. I seldom return items but pass them on if I find I do not care for the item. After reading the reviews and my most recent experience after many similar occurrences I've decided to contribute my grievances as well:

1) Price distinction from catalogue to online purchase are considerable; I just purchased a catalogue item at $89.99 and online 104.99, forcing me to call in the order and leaving me at the mercy of a very inept CS Rep (they all are) who continued to go through a lengthy scripted hard sale of additional items after I repeatedly said no and was about to enter a hearing in court and was pressed for time. Additional to this it was clearly stated that my order qualified for free shipping for a purchase of $35+, only then did she apply the credit for shipping as she was insistent on charging shipping at about $19 regular and if I wanted expedited shipping (3 days) it would "only" be $11 more - Rep once again continued to try and hard sell me on additional purchase opportunities until I snapped at her for disregarding my pressing time constraint. Rep asked me for my email to send confirmation of purchase (she never did.) I did have the good sense of requesting order number and was able to find order. I also was going to use my Roamans card, which is valid for this group of stores, representative said my card was not valid and she could not find any card for me on her system. I decided to cancel my card! Comenity Bank lost a customer!

2)No matter if you have a 0.00 balance you are held to a $2 finance fee monthly. Should you forget to pay that $2.00 you are held to a sizable late fee charge.

3) Inept CS Reps

4) I do believe their business practices are shady.

I find the hard pressure sales push techniques to be inappropriate, offensive as well as disrespectful to their clients.

In the past I did an online purchase where a duplicate item had been purchased. I called CS to advise about the error, response was categorically: "Your purchase was done online and there is nothing we can do", I received the duplicate order probably 1 month later, if not more and LOL "there was nothing they could do", oh "once you receive it, just return it!" Not sure if I'd not only have to pay return postage and perhaps and likely restocking fee.

I regrettably do like some of their garments as referenced above, and buy regularly from them, but will seriously rethink actively buying from these retailers who are so customer unfriendly.

This review would like proof of purchase which I mostly toss but can assure all I would have a drawer full.

Online purchase better but more costly than through a Rep. Beware of Reps.

My 93 yr old mother bought 4 pairs of shoes from this company, she tried on 2 pairs ( which were very hard and stiff) sent them back immediately, plus a 34.00 check for s&h. But the next month a statement comes, for a payment for the shoes, she contacts them, that the shoes were returned, the check, they have been received, but they offer to send her a check, for the returned items. 176.00 but she still must pay the amount due on the statement, she says. No, remove the amount due you have your merchandise, now here we are 6 months later, a check comes alone with a new statement with interest charges, late fees up to 400+ dollars, with this little 176.00 check, they want interest money and fees to mount out, instead of receiving the return items, substraction from your account. They are a fraudulent, scramming establishment, I will do everything in my power to expose them for scamming people from their hard earned money.

Don't order from this company please.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on 4/20/2023. According to the phone bot the ordered was shipped on 4/24/2023. There is no tracking number so a contacted customer service. I was informed that this was a situation where a shipping label was created and the package never left the dock and was not picked up by the carrier. She then went on to say that I had to wait until 5/15/2023 before the my Jessica London Credit card would be credited for the purchase. My question to her was why? If you know the package never left your dock why are you not processing a credit immediately? When this credit is processed I will be closing both Jessica London and Woman Within credit cards. Should I want to order anything I will use my Amex. If they had given Amex that foolish answer the purchase price would have been instantly charged back to them. No more awful experiences for me.

Not only did they charge my card for some nefarious charge of $2.13, they then started charging me $14.95 every month for some rewards program I never ever signed up for. I ordered one top from them in early March and it still hasn't arrived and it is now April 19,2021. I had to go to my bank and report the card stolen and get a new card. The bank removed the $2.13, the $66 for the blouse and one $14.95 charges. While they were in the process of doing that, Jessica London charged me another $14.95. Some of you are being nice about this when what they are doing is ripping people off plain and simple. Absolute Thieves. Don't even think about buying anything from them or Woman Within, as they are connected.

I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Good is the swimsuit I ordered. The crap with sleeves is what I got! Then. They send me a return label and when they get the wrong suit they send me back I'll get a refund. And in the meantime I can reorder the suit in a smaller size because that one was sold out (guess that's why they thought I wanted SLEEVES?) but instead of 50% off like I got on the first one all they can offer me is 20% and free express shipping. No ma'am. That doesn't work! I argue and finally get another rep that can do 50% and express shipping. Now it's a week and a day later and I still don't have my EXPRESS SHIPPED ITEM!

After waiting 6 days to receive an order I paid nearly fifteen dollars to have shipped, I called to track because there is no tracking information on the website. The money was drafted on the same day I ordered. However, upon calling, customer service had no tracking information either. They blamed everything on the manufacturer, could not help me, and spoke over me during the entire conversation. Here I am, out of my money, no item, no tracking information, and no help.

2 out of the 3 orders I received, I was sent the wrong things. Orders do not show up on website. No paper receipt. Phone services not available for weeks. Finally got put on hold and waited for an hour and a half. No human being. I emailed numerous times and got sent computer auto replies back. Worst company I have ever ordered from.

I placed a decent sized order 8 days ago. Shipping time was promised for 7-12 days. I was hesitant about paying the $25 shipping fee that they wanted to charge me but hey, the clothes looked cute so I coughed up the extra money. I'm still waiting for my order to even be shipped 8 days later. I contacted customer service via email with no response after several days. So I finally reached someone through their chat feature. I sat in a queue for 30 minutes before I finally "spoke" to someone named "Jonathan". He said there was a delay last week with processing orders but I'll get an email with tracking info once my order ships. I asked when it is expected to ship. He said he didn't know and we will just have to wait and see. I explained that I was very unhappy with my whole experience. I paid $25 for processing and shipping, not to mention the $275 worth of clothes that I ordered and I still have not received a single item. His response was "I'm sorry but I have no other options for you". Well, I'm sorry, Jessica London. You just lost what could've been a very good, long term customer.
I can not obviously comment on the quality of their clothes as I have yet to receive any of the many items I ordered.

I purchased items from this site several weeks ago because they were offering 50% off the shipment and free shipping. When I checked my credit card I found that $12 shipping has been added to the order. Today I spent 2 hours on their chat and on their customer service phone line seeking reimbursement for the shipping. It should be noted here that I am in possession of an email order confirmation from them stating clearly that I qualified for free shipping on this order. All three of the employees I spoke with explained that there were strings attached to the free shipping - some kind of program that had to be paid into monthly in order to get free shipping. Nowhere on their emailed confirmation was this mentioned. By the time I reached a supvsr she simply kept repeating - "we cannot credit shipping charges" and details of this "program". It was like speaking to a brick wall - customer service - nope. There are many online websites that are above board and I will not continue to deal with this one who resorts to underhanded selling!
