Claim Your BusinessI have ordered my jersey two weeks ago and haven't received anything yet, when i try to contact the website there is no phone number to be found. The only thing i can do is email and leave a message through their online "service" if you can call it that. When i email i hear no response from anyone. I am really Fed up and just want my order cancelled and money back but don't know who to contact. Edit - While writing the above review my jersey finally arrived. I am happy that it is before the superbowl and the jersey quality is better then i expected. However, i am still very unsatisfied with the "customer service" and yet to have a response to any of my inquiries, but the jersey looks great.

It took over 2 weeks to get my jersey. I was never able to track it. I was never able to talk to the online chat during this time. When the jersey finally arrived it was the wrong one. Everytime an online chat person would join the session as soon as I told them my problem they would leave with no response. I finally sent an email to an address in one of the confirmation emails. They responded really quickly wanting me to send a picture of the jersey I received. I did so but have yet to hear back from them after several more attempts at the same email address. It's been over a month now.
