Bought a Newcastle United shirt for my daughter, for Christmas. It looks totally genuine, that is until you compare it with one from the official Newcastle United store. The differences are phenomenal when you look closely. Plus the sponsor logos are peeling off, as is the personalised name and number we had applied after purchase. The material is totally different to the genuine shirt too. Don't buy from these people. It's worth the extra to buy the original shirt.

It took forever to arrive with the continued excuse of Due to the British Columbia fires... When it did arrive it was fake. The jersey has no NBA tags, and everything is embroidered not stamped. Money wasted.

Stopped answering emails about shipping. DO NOT BUY! Total Scam! Took my money and stopped answering emails. Garbage company!

Sent the wrong jersey and would only refund $20.00 of a $70.00. Our credit card gave a full refund. Run away from this company.

Never buy off this website. They scammed me $62 and I never received my jersey. They will stop answering to your emails once you call them out for not delivering a product. Please save yourself and do not buy

They are now using fanatics page and they are not associated. I reported them myself to Fanatics. Unacceptable.

I ordered 2 N. O. Saints jerseys for me & my son because they were cheap. I can't afford the ones in the mall. Finally got them. Everybody knows the Saints colors are black & gold. These were black & brown. Dude, I'm talking Cleveland browns brown. I complained on their site & never received a reply. The address's listed are fake. The display on their site shows the correct colors, but the ones I got were just made wrong. I'm gonna wear it Sunday to the Saints party with a sign "made in china & I saved a bunch".

Scammers took my money... of course... BUT its been over a Month and still NOTHING... do NOT buy from them...

I guess you could say I received my products but they were nothing like what was advertised on the site and one was so badly damaged it can not be worn. I contacted "Art" and he was extremely rude and told me pretty much tough luck all sales are final view the terms and conditions. I will be reporting this website as fraud and following up with my credit card company.

This is a total scam! The "admininistration" Tina, has no clue about honesty and customer service. They will take your money and never give you your product. Stay away from this company at all costs!

I rec'd the wrong item after waiting 4 weeks, no customer service number or email so sent fb message and barely rec'd a response. Still no refund or correct product.

I ordered a women's small jersey but received a small kids jersey. Tried on several occasions to remedy the situation it they make you think that it's you're problem for their error.

DO NOT ORDER from these scam artists. This is the sorry response I received.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! BEWARE-FRAUD. Ordered a jersey 23 days ago, still have not received it. Cant get a refund or speak to anyone. Can only contact them by email. Did a BBB case on them to get my money back

Ordered my jersey over a month ago. Tried to log in to their site to track it and it won't recognize my login. Contacted them and they said it is being processed and I will receive a tracking number shortly. Has been over three weeks and still no update. I asked for a refund since obviously they can't complete the order and they said no refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Looks like my experience was similar to others - horrible. I wish I reviewed the reviews for Custom Throwback Jerseys before ordering from them.

Like many others, what I thought I ordered was not what arrived, and when I tried on several occasions (phone and email) to remedy the situation they never replied.

I took the logical next steps and reported the situation to my credit company. It was only after that they reached out asking "wft?", to which my cc said to not engage.

Now they are able to reach out to me constantly (wow, so their email does work!) but with this (one example of many):
"Your bank has already refunded your payment so the jersey does not belong to you anymore.
You now have to return our jersey to the address we provided you ASAP.
If you do not provide tracking info by this Friday, we will begin legal proceedings against you.
CTJ"

"At this point who cares what your issue(s) is... JUST RETURN OUR JERSEY"

My son bought some jersey's for himself and his cousins. We ordered Vince Carter jersey's and were sent Leonard jerseys, so we returned it. Its been over 5 months and they will not reply to our email or refund our money.
Stay away from these crooks.

Sent the wrong jersey. Now want us to return that at our expense, to China through customs over $30. We pay for their error and then we also pay again to have them ship the correct item... pay shipping a second time. But that's not all they want us to pay for. They want us to pay for the shirt a second time! Oh but they will give us a 15% discount. Wow. What fools are we! NOT!
Really wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. If so I would have gone elsewhere.

I ordered from these guys. Haven't receive pkg, no response from anyone. I've emailed several times, asked for refund but nothing yet. Been near 2 months. Customer service and shipping sucks with these guys! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I've cancelled my account with them after 13 years!

What they said. Save your money, this company is a scam. Now I'm stuck with a jersey small enough for a child to wear (not what I ordered) and "customer service" is a joke. They barley speak English and then stop responding instead of fixing their screw up.

Been 2 months, no reply to email or calls. Cancelling through my visa card now.

Ordered Patriots Brady 12 Superbowl L111 jersey.
When it finally arrived, it was too small. Went back and forth emails wanting pictures if the measurements, but they would not provide a refund.
Waste of time and money. Reported to American authorities.

Do NOT buy from this company there whole website is a scam. They take forever to reply back just to tell you bs lies. They dont do any refunds or exchanges so there whole refund policy is bs! They will just give you a crappy jersey with no real labels feels & looks fake, this company is aweful!
