I really loved that my food gets shipped to me, and it's nice to be able to go in and get my measurements done and talk to the counselors there as well. It's like the best of both worlds! I live in Charlottesville so it's nice to not have to lug all of my food home, and they are so good about scheduling a virtual appointment if I can't make it in. I can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you Jenny Craig Staunton VA- and a special shout out to my girl Leah who is my counselor!

They gave me 14 breakfasts, none that I chose, and had paid extra for ala carte. They did the same for 15 lunch/dinner items, and 2 snacks. I called to request a partial refund, and they said NO REFUNDS! So, I filed a complaint with my credit card company.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service was terrible!!

Half the dinner food, no breakfast, no snacks.

Products used:
I never received the products. And they said they would send me the shelf stable items but the frozen items are garbage. No compensation. Never buy from Jenny Craig they do stand bypehind their products.

I went on Jenny Craig for six weeks. I followed the diet correctly and what do you know, no weight loss for me. I kept asking myself why? I didn't eat any other food while I was on the diet. I wish I could get all my money back from the six weeks of this failing diet. My advice to anyone that wants to try Jenny Craig, try your own diet first And save your money.

Jenny Graig is the most revolting food. Such poor quality.
I thought I'd try it again after 2-3 years in hopes of improvement. Nope not even close.
$318 for a week then you purchase your veggies, fruit and dairy. So estimated and extra $50-$60 per week. Even you fooodz is Better and there awe full to. The only good quality weight loss program in my opinion are LitenEasy or csrio

Tip for consumers:
This product is great if you live in the 1950’s and have no knowledge of health and nutrition. It’s cheap slop!!! And not at all wholesome or nutritious. Just carbs!! So your body works harder.

I have never had a worst experience. From the consultant to customer service, I was treated horrible. I'm a travel nurse and started at the center in indianapolis. The consultant would set up times to call me and be hours late. When my assignment changed to Elkhart, IN, she was supposed to call me and set up shipping- that never happened. So I called customer service and changed to the center out of my hometown of Baltimore. My order was shipped to Carmel Indiana instead of Elkhart. I called customer service and allegedly my money is being mailed to me and will arrive in 2-4 weeks. Needless to say, I cancelled the service. The program does work if you follow it. However, the customer service is terrible. I can't believe the rep got an attitude with me when I expressed my doubts about a marketing manager actually calling me back to possibly refund the $199 VIP program fee. I should have chose Nutrisystem.

My entire Journey with Jenny Craig was horrible! Every two weeks all they cared about was taking my money and making sure I put in my food order. Then, to make matters even worse on Monday, November 18,2019, at 3:00 P. M while I was having my lunch (Chicken Marsala) after taking my second or third bite I bit into something hard! I thought I broke off my back molar! I immediately spit out what I had in my mouth! To my surprise, it was a Rock. I was in shock! After my discovery, I immediately contacted Jenny Craig and made sure I kept the food, packaging, and rock. They put me through a lengthy process of a claim demanding the evidence! I sent in everything they asked for (I made sure I took pictures of everything I sent in) As well as send in the rock inside a zip lock bag so it would not tear through the measly envelope they sent me to send in my claim papers and evidence! The process was so irritating that I decided to do some research to see if anyone else has had a similar experience! I was astonished to discover others have experienced contaminated food and have gone through a difficult claim process some not even receiving a response! In the end, they sent me a letter saying that 1. They received my claim papers but conveniently not the evidence saying and I quote... " it appears to have broken through the packaging that you had mailed it in; therefore, the object could not be identified as to the source or origin." and 2. Because I did not SUSTAIN any INJURY they would not refund me for the full amount of the program I had requested in my claim! All they wanted to give me was the cost of that meal! My point is that I don't know how many meals I unknowingly consumed that were contaminated and that could have future consequences to my health and the health of other Jenny Craig members. The lack of empathy or concern is why I would never recommend Jenny Craig to anyone EVER!

JC runs scam promotions to get you to join. I paid $149.00 and was suppose to get half back when I reached my agreed goal weight and then the other half back when I maintained goal weight after one year. I reached goal weight on 9/16/2019. My center turned in paperwork that date. It is now 4/28/2020 and I have not received my refund. That's seven months folks. My consultant said that all of her clients are mad because none of them have received their refunds. So it is not just me. I have filed a report with the state Attorney General. They are committing fraud against their clients. Do not join!

This company contacts you for an interview and then does not show up. They make you take time out of your day to just wait. They never call you back or respond to your emails asking what happened. Days later they will send an email saying they passed on your resume- when really they are trying to cover that they were too unprofessional to remember an interview they booked with you and just didn't care to remember. If this is how rude the corporate end is imagine how they scam their customers. I now know why they have so many bad reviews from past employees. Even past employees have written that they use consultants to push the customers to buy their overpriced foods and that's really how the company makes their money. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.

My husband and I were on Jenny Craig over 4 weeks. We were promised at the beginning, if we complete 4 weeks, we'll get $100 gift card. We have completed it, my husband got his card, I haven't. When I tried to call and ask about the reason, they said I didn't complete it and disqualified for the card, it was lie. It's the worst the business can do: to lie their clients. Horrible! Their prices too high, every time we got order, something was missing, but I did, followed all recommendations and was strictly on the diet, even during my trip to Hawaii and on vacation, weight loss was not great and customer service is horrible. I'm on Nutrisystem now. Very much better food selection, excellent customer service, fast weight loss result and prices are so much better!

I know everyone loves Jenny Craig, but I tried it for 2 months and felt it to be an absolute rip-off. Costs a fortune, and I saw no benefit. Never again, I'll stick to SlimmingWorld.

I don't believe these programs are very good in comparison to eating healthy food and maybe joining a local group.
