I bought a deal from groupon for the Jennifer Bradley Class for a 1 hour make-up. I tried calling the lady at the center to book an appointment several times for weeks but she never answered the call or would tell me to call back at another time.One day she told me she will call back in two days. Never did.and guess what? The promotional value has now expired. Bad company and poor customer service. This was the Jacksonville Location
