My experience with the refurbished iPhone 12 from JemJem has been fantastic. The phone looks and performs like new, the battery life is great, and I got it at a much more affordable price than a brand-new one. Seller is big LIER! Negative seller! Posted photos of brand new phone and price was $1,750 (same as in the apple store) but item arrived used, scratched and in not acceptable condition. They did not mention that phone was used, plus they should upload the pictures of specific item (not from apple store). When I requested item returned they denied for the payment back. The Reason why I bought it on Amazon, not in Apple store because I had to wait in Apple store and I needed a present for my wife. Negative, liers!

I purchased a refurbished MacBook from them that had a MagSafe 3 cable and USB-C adapter included. They shipped the MacBook and a cheap version USB-C only cable. The MagSafe cable and Adapter was not included at all. I got in touch with them and they admitted that they didn't send the MagSafe cable and admitted it was part of their listing. They said "so sorry but we are not going to send you a MagSafe cable."
I went back and forth with them and they refused to make it right. This is verbatim what they said "Apologies for the incorrect listing regarding the charger. We admit the mistake in our end, We don't have MagSafe 3 cable and adapter or we are not sending those." They are not doing anything to make it right. False advertising. They will cheat you by sending you a cheaper alternative to what is listed and will not make it right. Do not do business with these unethical cheats.

Bought Ipad Pro, worked for about a month and died. I asked to return and they sent a label but I went to the hospital for 5 days. Upon getting home I called to request a new label and was refused a replacement and they claimed it was now out of warrantee. Although, I had notified them of the issue within warranty period. They change their warrantee time frames to suit their needs. Scum company! Never Again!
A waste of over $500

I purchased a refurbished device from them off of Amazon. It was not at all up to scratch. Even though the screen was very badly scratched! From the beginning there were issues and the icing on the cake was that after getting a single water drop on it, the camera misted up. I contacted them on Amazon to try and return it but they were rude and refused point blank to help me in anyway. They taunted me and dared me to try submit an A-Z claim or chargeback claim on my credit card. They said that whatever i do, they will still win and wont refund me. These guys are the lowest of the low and i would not recommend them to anyone! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM

I purchased a Ipad, however they end me a defective one. Many times to attempt to fix the issue finally they said, are not able to refund the money because 90 days of guarantee expire.

Omg. So horrible of an ipad this is the second one I had received; I purchased off of Best Buy and I was really looking forward to this ipad because it was 250 DOLLARS! But no. The first one I received was so horrible it would just shut off randomly and when I tried to turn it back on it'll say dead. With my second one it works more than the last one but it's some things on the ipad that just aren't even worth the money I SPENT! The battery is horrible on this one also, ipad gets super hot, glitches sometimes and so much more I could write about! PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

There's a lot of reviews up there and their reading is pretty high but I don't know why except for the price of the computer was good everything else has been a absolutelynightmare from the shipping had to do with FedEx cause they said they tried to deliver it twice I made arrangements for it to be delivered another time and that didn't happen and then it never was there in contact with FedEx and it said that the only thing that can be done is Jim Jim has to file a complaint or save it out of the package and get there it's a stupid system but then 17 emails later with this one customer support person she just keeps giving me the runaround and the computer finally shows up the stairs in my porch after spending almost entire day on the phone with Sex and just keep running asking for a different supervisor and getting the runaround there they kept saying it meant for my claim to go forward because they said they delivered it but they forge my signature and Jimtom when asked them for that signature Ashley and then she wouldn't even contact them and she said oh they just said they delivered it it's been delivered I said you keep saying that like it's going to be true one day and then when I didn't get the computer I turn it on and it doesn't work and I'm trying to return it it's before the 30 days and they're just again giving me the rundown and it's been 10 emails show me a picture of the screen show me that show me that that screen is not the whole screen like it was just a fraction of an inch at A frame I can't believe how absolutely terrible they've treated me I will never recommend them for anything and this is why people do bad things because I make really angry and tired of it and spent way too much time but I have to MoveOn but some people would lose their $#*! and do bad things. I asked the woman name CHRISTINE to send me to a supervisor to give me to supervisor let me talk to somebody else with her and she won't and it says she's works for insurance company not and customer service really and so I don't know they're making return a big deal and That is not what they say and her paperwork or website they're liars.

So you can see the pictures that are stupid but they show how many emails I've had to deal with and how long I've been dealing with these people do you want to answer all those emails and write all the emails yeah I don't I didn't but I had to and I'm still dealing with this stupid thing still here. They only sort of resurbished Ryan didn't do it all the way and they're trying to make me prove that I don't have my Apple ID on there which is hilarious I can't even get the thing to start up really add this in the software macOS it doesn't have anything to run I can take pictures of tho

Horrible experience with them while selling on Amazon. They sent a completely dead lithium-ion equipped iPhone.

If you do any basic research, you will know that you just don't let lithium ion batteries go completely dead. It ruins them. This device would be fully charged and drop 11% in the matter of 20 minutes of standard web browsing without any video or audio streaming. It ended up costing us $50 more and basically turning an okay deal into a horrible deal. The customer service people played "delay games." They wouldn't answer direct questions leading two days of delays and ultimately not resolving the problem. I went about them and complained directly to Amazon. Just a heads up, the item was described as looking like new at arm's length. Considering the damage to the case as well as the screen being quite visible at arm's length, I would say they're not trustworthy on their grading system either. Putting a screen protector showed even more damage than what was visible at arm's length.

There are many far better suppliers out there. At the time of my review, other Amazon customers were having similar issues at a rate of something like 35%. I am not alone.

Bought a "refurbished" MacBook from them through Best Buy. I didn't realize that Best Buy outsources their refurbishing to jem jem and doesn't do it themselves. The laptop worked for 2 hours and then completely crashed. Luckily best buy let me return it with no problems, but It wasted a lot of time and was very frustrating to pay $800 for something that straight up didn't work. It came with a jem jem warranty card that said if you update the OS it voids the warranty. They're a joke.

Don’t buy anything from them.

At first I was reluctant to try the nile shop because I was not sure if it was legit or if it would turn out to be one of those useless online shops that have some very poor services and never apologize to the customers. They sell you bad things then put the blame on you afterwards like why did you buy what you bought if you had doubts.

The worst company to deal with. Do not buy anything from this person. Seems it's one person with a tablet taking all the orders but a legit business. As well as their hunger to screw everyone that buys anything from them. Read the reviews all of them. The positive ones are obviously them trying to make them selves out to be legit. You are a joke JemJem. Stop screwing everyone you sell your products to.!

Ordered a refurbished 2015 MacBook with this company after researching for about a month. Went with them because they were certified through Walmart. Spent roughly around $1000 on the computer for it to last me all of 7 months. Of COURSE the warranty had expired and when I sent a suggestion to the company on the behalf of my experience the response was super generic. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. All it took me was one time and I learned.

I ordered a Pixel 3 XL from this company and on receiving it the screen was cracked. When I put my SIMs card in and tried to do anything half the time it is not work and the time would not stay correctly. I contacted Google and first thing they told me was the IMEI number was registered to someone from November of last year and they could not do much with the telephone because it was still that person's telephone. Also they said there was a software issue and it could not be fixed. I am Google also emailed and called this company several times in the last 3 weeks and for some reason they cannot even talk to me about the issue but I bought the telephone through Amazon and finally Amazon after about 10 emails to Jem Jem they finally responded to them with a grounds label for me to send it back but would not give me any indication why nothing would work or why it was registered to somebody else and also would not even give me not even a partial refund until they received the phone which UPS said it take 2 weeks to get there. I feel their information is very misleading and very customer poor to not contact me, Google, or Amazon so long and relationship to this. This is the absolutely worst experience and I do believe the worst company in United States to do business with as far as any telephones or iPads because as far as I'm concerned and Google is concerned that they are not legit and selling fraud devices. Please do not even hassle and messing with this company. Since they sent me the return label I have contacted them by telephone 23 times and 14 emails to try to get something done faster but no return response. Hope Jen Jen reads this and learns a little bit from it because it's absolutely ridiculous because I had to pay for the telephone before I could receive it but they cannot issue any type of refund even though Amazon and Google both tells them the phone is no good until they receive the product back which takes two weeks then they said it might take another week for them to look at the telephone. This is bull bologna and this is false advertisement and by sure the better business bureau will be notified and supposedly Amazon is doing a investigation about this. To be honest I believe the Amazon since Jim Jim is there client that they should step in and do something about this with they will not neither so just see what happens thank you. Jason

I was very dissatisfied with JemJem. The iPhone I purchased for my granddaughter was supposed to be unlocked and T-Mobile ready. They could not open the phone. I took it to an Apple store and was told the phone was locked, unable to be opened and he found an indication on the phone it was either lost or. Stolen. After returning, it took 5 weeks to get my money back.

(MUST READ) Got home with the JemJem 16" MacBook Pro. I had ordered online from Walmart.com(as referenced)

(Refused to resend my money and had to take them to court and get legal action w/ the FTC).

Story:
Opened it up, turned it on and everything looked good black on the screen(Didn't work). Tried going through the basic setup, opened safari, checked a couple sites, and closed the lid but still nothing(from all.
Came back from a few errands(after a long charging-stint), and opened up the computer again and I saw a vertical line on the screen. Restarted a few times, and it was still there.
Noticed damages on the sides and the bottom of the screen.

Result/ Product; (Not damage from FedEx**)(Apple inspection)
After going to Apple, found out everything was fraud: packaging(NONE), NO apple box, NO chargers or anything., they misinform people and de-fraud them completely.,
If it wasn't for my Apple reference I wouldn't know what to do. Walmart didn't help, and they passed the ball to JemJem.

HAHA< funny because they DON'T answer their phones. Looking on Linkedin they don't have any employees that work that are active, very strange.

Nothing seemed to work nor was compliant when I took them in(as said before they had damages as proven to walmart.com(Submissions for refund)(Warrant by Apple)

Pre-owned items purchased through Best Buy come from Jem Jem and are garbage! Jem Jem will lose the original items you send in for repair and replace it what they deem to be an "equivalent." Then, Best Buy will make you continue to pay on your Best Buy credit card account and refuse to refund due to serial numbers not matching the original item. Scam alert!

I placed an order through walmart.com for my sisters Christmas gift with them seeing the reviews they had I thought everything would be fine. I ordered and Ipad mini, It got here in time and then when I opened the box and turned it on the screen had been malfunctioning. So I did not freak out or anything I just called there support team. I spoke with a guy he sent me a label and I sent it in the mail on December 22nd. I talked to him asking for a replacement and he said when it came they would send out a new one. I called them yesterday still having not received a replacement. Even then I was understanding because the holidays I knew everything was backed up. They said I would receive and email that day and I did. But it was a refund of the money which I had stated was not what I wanted. So I called today and the girl on the phone was nice in the beginning. I explained to her they should have called me to give me a decision. She said they had none in stock. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor seeing I am in customer service industry as a manager myself. She put me on hold came back on the phone after 10 minutes and was saying hello so I said hello back like 3 more times and then said I know you can hear me and she hung up on me. I tried to call back and they are now not answering my calls. I will never deal with this company again they are completely unprofessional and rude. Stay clear of them!

Both two refurbished laptops. One from amazon one from Best Buy both came from JemJem. One had its battery swell and destroy the computer. The other was extremely slow and Best Buy couldn't fix it. This company is a scam and large dealers need to quit using such con artists

I sent a refurbished laptop I purchased as it was not working! To top it off, jemjem claims they never got the laptop back! It was sent back in the box it came in with their rma #. So now I'm out a laptop and jemjem sucks! Don't
