I placed an order as a birthday gift to someone. Purchased three items, only received two. Same day I received delivery of the 2 items I gifted them and contacted customer service. I had no idea they want photos of the actual items received. The one they forgot to send was on sale and the cheapest. They refuse to assist. I sent pictures of box it arrived in with the invoice, was 100% sealed with company logo tape, no tamper during delivery. They refuse to send me the missing item and/or refund me. I cannot ask for the gifts back, how embarrassing would that be!?! I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company; I have been a huge supporter…never again! If this company isn't concerned about their customers then I promise I am no longer concerned either.

I've had placed an order in mid December and it has been over 15 days and it hasn't shipped, I had contacted customer service twice and barely any answers. I did contacted them again today and they are all on vacation and will get back to me next week. What a joke! I want my money back.

I buyed some products on november 30 in 2021, and it has been passed many weeks and I never received anything. Customer service didn't refund my money back. They only respond with automaited responses all the time they respond the same and never check any issue about customer honestly.

Tried to cancel order as soon as I placed it, they wouldnt honor it. Sent multiple emails and online chat requests. They got back to me 2 days later, had condescending attitude in the emails, said it had already shipped, that I should note ther customer service hours, and that I could send it back and pay shipping. They basically do it on purpose to deter you from cancelling the order.

Dont order from them.

Missing items in my order and contacted customer service. They asked me to send picture of my order with receipt. When all was and said and done they said the delivery weight was correct for all the items and if I think package was tampered with I have to take it with the delivery service... Package was sealed well and did not look tampered with. I'm the one who got cheated. It was packed with a whole lot of tissue paper and I lost my money on 2 items they refuse to send me and made me look like I'm trying to scam them. Disappointed because I never had a problem with them before and there products not cheap. Won't order anymore from this company.

Warning warning warning do not waste money on mystery boxes. Watch the YouTuber open up a $6 box quite a few $6 boxes and she got the cremated palate in one another bigger pallet and another one and along with couple highlighters and a couple lipsticks so I thought well that ain't bad I'll go ahead and get one so I got a $6 one and then I got a $12 one thinking it would be better wrong wrong wrong this is what I got this is both the 12 and a $6 mystery box pictures below. I got a small pallet and a makeup bag I could just bought the cremated palette that I really bought mystery boxes for and maybe a couple extra things that he was given or even another big pallet that he could have gave or something I in the mystery box. What he did was knew that she was a YouTuber and sent her out these massive boxes just to make it look good so we'll go purchase them and we'll get absolutely s*** I'm going to keep my hatd earn money and never do this again

Did the BOGO pallate purchase. They only sent one shadow pallete and customer service refused to refund me OR send the pallate I did not receive. Even after sending verification photos. NOT WORTH IT. $85 wasted after shipping. Ordered on 6/5/21. Package was received on 6/24/21. Horrible experience!

I preferred cosmetics over a month ago, and my product still hasn't shipped. Emailed customer service to cancel my order and get a refund, they said they couldn't give me a refund. A few days later I get an email saying they are refunding me and then called me "a fraud"! I will never order from them again. They deserve 0 out of 5 stars!

I never received my package from jeffree star cosmetics and instead of dealing with it, the customer service Is just ignoring all my messages. Terrible terrible customer service. I need a refund now for the package I never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS!

I ordered for the first time from Jeffree star, and now will never ever order again as I had the worst purchase experience. Customer service of Jeffree Star is of garbage grade. They never ever bother to respond to you, and in case they even respond, they will never every answer your question, rather they will write a nonsense response, about which you never asked. In my order, two lipsticks were delivered in defective condition and I sent them all the images to prove. To this, they replied me after 1 week and then said that there is no defect at all, so they were turning a blind eye to it, so as to hide that it was indeed their fault. Second problem, they charge exorbitant amount in the name of international shipping, however they choose the cheapest DHL package for delivery, which means that once the package reaches destination country, the customer would have to pay huge customs duty as they had opted fot a cheap DHL package (DHL offers a good package where all charges are borne by them, but JSC doesn't choose it even after charging a huge shipping charge to customers). People working at JSC including Jeffree himself never accept their mistakes, rather they will go all the possible ways to prove that customer was responsible, even though it wasn't the case. Jeffree should teach himself and his customer service team, some good manners. They all are very rude. They should learn to respect the value of people's hard earned money. I wish there was an option to give zero star review, however 1 star is the minimum requirement, hence I am choosing one star, otherwise would have given zero star.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT buy from JSC. They just want to steal people's hard earned money. I regret my purchase.

I ordered the MINI controversy pallet on nov 1st and I still haven't received anything! Don't ever buy anything from this man or whoever he is working with because they don't care about your order they just want you to spend money and NEVER see what you get. Such BS I'm waiting until Friday to see if I ACTUALLY get the package if not, I'll just see if I can get my money back which I already know that's not going to happen.

Ordered online several weeks ago and they still can't even provide a tracking number. Hire more people if you can't keep up. Horrible! Will never ever shop with them again.

I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT JEFFREE STAR BLEW UP AND HE DOESN'T GIVE A F*CK ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE IS ONLY GOING TO LAST SO LONG, HIS SALES ARE ALREADY DEPLEATING, ESPICALLY IN THE BLACK COMMUNITIES. REMEMBER WHERE YOU CAME FROM AND YOU NEED TO BE MORE HUMBLE... DIVAS DO NOT LAST IN TODAYS WORLD.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU HAVE TO SPEND $150.00 TO GET FREE SHIPPING. GOOD LUCK RETURNING, EVEN IF A PALETTE COMES BROKEN. JEFFREE STAR TAKES "NO RESPONSIBILTY"

There is no customer service at all... they snatch your money with lies of when it will ship and then never ship... not even a shipping label... the only way buying from him will be okay is if you can wait 6 months on the order... some of us worked really hard to buy our teens something from jeffree for christmas just to be lied to and then to be told they wont give my money back in time for christmas anyway... like i said there is zero. I said zero customer service and i think that is on purpose so they can get away with lying

I put in my order 20 days ago and I have not received any emails back from their customer service I've sent several now the present that I got my daughter she's not going to get for Christmas this is ridiculous something needs to be said done I don't know every website that I go on for reviews is saying the same thing I am I'm pissed off

If you enjoy not receiving a product or a damaged one that will never be replaced or refunded, shop here.
You can have proofs, genuine reasons and you will be silenced with lies so that they keep the money and get their own way.
Avoid Jeffree Star cosmetics any way you can.

I ordered some slides for my daughters 13th birthday right before Callifornia shut down. When they came a size 9 in mens were to small. So they obviously run super small as she is a 9 in womens. These slides a month to the day after her birthday. I contact customer service for an exchange. At first they wanted me to pay shipping. Then i had to take a photo of the box, packing slip, slides and shipping box with label showing all in one photo. It took forever hearing back. When i finally heard back i found out the 40 dollar slides that i have now waited 4 months for are 24 dollars so i ask for a refund due to all the issues and the sale to be told they cannot do so. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again. I was trying to fully support what my daughter supports and you have horrible service only greed.

I placed order on 11/29 for NON Conspiracy products and received confirmation email. It is not 12/19 and I have sent 3 emails and not a single response. The order still shows processing. This 'famous' person is shown destroying designer handbags online and bragging about how much money they have and they can't even pay people to process the order for the products. I STRONGLY suggest everyone file a complaint with the BBB to put this person out of business. As long as we continue to allow this, they will screw with all of us. I will put reviews on every website I can and hope that no one else falls victim to this scam

At this point I don't know what's going on with the pallet I got my girlfriend. I ordered it a month ago and now I just received today a email saying it's been shipped even though it said it was being shipped a month ago. At this point they just took my money, and I can't get them to respond back. Don't ever buy from this company again.

I ordered a kit of lipstick minis hoping that at least most of them would be the right colors for me, I was wrong. Out of 8 I only liked 1. I couldn't justify the over $65 for just one mini. I decided to return it, upon reading the FAQ I realized I had to pay to ship it back and I wouldn't be reimbursed for them to ship it to me. Overall I was out $22 to find out I liked the quality but the colors are very misleading on the website so I ended up with nothing. Never again!

My son placed an order for his girlfriend December 11th they took the hundred dollars out of his account this is December 29 th. O makeup has arrived no date of possible arrival nothing! What the hell kid of business is this!

My boyfriend placed an order 10 days ago. 10 days doesn't seem that long. BUT he paid $16 for EXPEDITED shipping so my makeup would come before Christmas and still has yet to even receive a shipping email. $16, really? For what? Does that money go towards his 14.6 million dollar house? We emailed costumer service and haven't heard back from them. Jeffree's make up is beautiful, don't get me wrong. But as a business man he has NO clue what he's doing and neither do any of his team members. He seriously needs to think about handing his company over to someone who actually knows what they're doing and he can stick to the making the product.

This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. It took more than 40 minutes to place my order. At the end I received a notice that I would receive an email confirmation. Nothing. Now it is just a wait and see. Very disappointing! I would expect more.
