Friends these guys r very much unprofessional with cx services. I ordered 2 Hair Fall Therapy Kit on 21st Feb & till today 30th March i didn't get my parcel & today when i called regarding my parcel to their customer care & had a word with Mantzeer & he was so rude. Trust me these people don't know the ABC of cx services. So friends if u r ordering then either wait at least 2 months for ur delivery or if u will call them to enquire ur parcel then get ready to face their pathetic cx service.

I highly recommend not to buy this product.
Customer service sucks.
I order in june 2013 but never recieved my order. I cancelled order but never got money refunded from them.
I finally approached my bank and asked for dispute so finally with my banking help i got my money refunded in MAR 2014.
Be away from these guys. They are crooks running a scam of selling hair products.
You place an order and keep waiting for order delivery.
I placed my order in October 2009 and have not received anything from them until today, March 2010.
They don't answer their phone. They don't refund money.
Will give all stories about delivery issues etc.
Don't trust them.
They are thieves.
My experience of d product is good. But the service provided is highly POOR.the executive donot respond to your calls; rather bang the phone. They need to be taught customer dealing.
