I ordered a NT-200 helmet from Jafrum, which was offered at a great price, much better than Amazon - but got VERY apprehensive after reading some of the reviews herein... Just received it today, on time as promised, and the helmet is GREAT! Customer service responded immediately when I emailed them inquiring about the order. Sent a pair of motorcycle pants back to be exchanged and I have not received another pair. My tracking shows they received it over a month ago, but nothing was sent back to me. I have tried many times to call, but all I get is a recording to leave a message and of course no one calls back. It would seem they went out of business and I apparently am out the pants I bought with no refund being given! I'm incredibly angry!

Never have I experience such friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everyone was there to help me with my purchases and gave great suggestions. From the time I got there to the time I left, I felt comfortable in getting great products at a great price. I recommend Jafrum to everyone. They truly care about their customers and veterans. I have never had so many people thank me for my service in one place... Now that says a lot by itself. One person (KK, a fellow veteran) knew every item in the warehouse and jumped through hoops to make sure I was happy. Tell me of anyplace else that gives that quality of help and prices.

I ordered a helmet from here and after I wore it once, a piece started to peel off. I contacted customer service and they were great. I told them what had happened, sent them some pictures of the damage and they said that they would send me another one. What I did not expect was for that helmet to come in the very next day! Will definitely be buying from here in the future. Highly recommend buying from here.
I went looking for a swing arm bag for my motorcycle. I was more then happy with the choices and even had one that was showing out of stock everywhere else. Great prices and great service.

I ordered scorpion helmet from them i they told me my helmet is on back order and they offer me the same one in different color which is i think 20$ more. They offer me that one for the same amount. I had an issue with my bank and i had to cancel that order. But Jaftum team is really good they respected me very well. I would suggest everybody who has concers about them, to order without question from them.
Ordered Jacket and needed size bigger. The staff was helpful and courteous. Gave option of shipping or pick up at store. Lucky to be in Charlotte NC.

I've been doing business with Jafrum for over a year. I've made both in-store and telephone purchases. Either way the representatives from Jafrum are friendly and helpful. The prices at Jafrum are less expensive than comparable products and the quality is great.

I shopped in person at the Charlotte store. Great customer service and personal attention. However, my size was not available for the boots and helmet I wanted to purchase. I would not buy without a test fit first. But it was a nice day for a ride to the store so all was not lost.
I ordered a sissy bar bag online, and I went to the Jafrum whse in Charlotte, NC, before I received it, just to check out their warehouse. The showroom was much smaller than I was expecting, but the service was much great than I expected. I met a service rep. Named Mrs. Lewis and she was very impressive. She was, with out any doubt, the best ever. She helped me to choose a nice set of saddle bags for my bike and also showed me showed me a sissy bar bag that was like the one that had just shipped to me. It wasn't really what I wanted and she told me to bring it back and she would exchange it for me. Two days later I returned that bag and she helped me to fine the one that was best for my bike. I really didn't believe that it was possible for any company to have a nearly perfect score on customer service, but Jafrum does. Product knowledge, best prices, and a great customer service rep. That has a wonderful personality will definately make me come back and reccommend Jafrum.
This was the best shopping experience I have ever had going to a motorcycle clothing store. They answered every question and brought whatever I needed out of their inventory. If you are in the are, you need to go.
Went to warehouse, unexpected. People there treated us great. Stopped what they were doing and took care of us! Slender lady with locks in hair went above and beyond to get us a great deal on all items we purchased. Jafrum is my first stop for motorcycle apparel and accessories.
Ordered my new boots and had them within two days. Sadly, they were too small but Jafrum sent me a return label and I had a larger size within a week. Good Job!
Went to new store location on Hutchson McDonald Road. The new show room was much larger then Jafrum's Old location. I called ahead to make sure they had the items in stock that I was interested in. The sales help assist me right away and was very responsive to all the items I wanted to look at. I was very happy with the assistance I received and check out was quick and very pleasant.
Only issue I had was some items I wanted to purchase was not in stock at this time but I was told they should be getting new stock soon
Purchased item instore and was given a 10% discound because of a one day promotion. Very pleasant experience.
I have ordered a leather jacket, chaps, gloves, Arai helmet, Dowco cover, battery tender, saddle bags, and other accessories from Jafrum. Their brand of leather jackets and chaps were beautifully made, reasonably priced, and fits to to a tee based on the size description. All orders were received within 3 days except for the helmet which came in 5 days, all properly packaged. I had to return/exchange the cover since the website did not differentiate which would fit a bike with a windshield. I did not put the new size on the return form and had to leave a message during the weekend. Their staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient and called back several times the following Monday to ensure I got what I needed and explained how the loyalty bucks would be affected. I received my new cover in 4 days. I am sorry others had bad experiences but just wanted to post this in all fairness to Jafrum.

I ordered a set of saddlebags but were too big (my fault, did not measure) called to return bags, no problem! Justin at jafrum helped answer all my questions. Ordered smaller bags and they fit good oh by the way I recived my order in like 3 to 4 days! Great bags for the price. I will order more from these people, I was treated very nice. I have been a long time customer of Jafrum, I have ordered chaps for myself and my girlfriend, and had to return mine due to size issue on my part, I ordered a pistol pete coat, and also have gotten a pair of boots from them, and recently for Christmas a new helmet, never had a problem with the quality of the products, or customer service, or pricing. I don't have a problem referring them at all.
I stop in there about every three weeks when im working down there and have a pleasant visit each time
