In short dress wrong colour and size. We have corresponded with them and they have offered 8 % refund which is as useles as dress. Anyone in same situation and you have paid by credit card talk to your bank and they can reverse money back into your account if you can show them that your dress is wrong.
Ordered dress in April for wedding in May 2017, paid for quick delivery also. Did not receive dress. Had to go buy another short notice. Emailed back and forth to company for refund, who were extremely rude and would not give me information to speak with manager. Had toll investigate who deemed the freight lost. That I need to contact shipper to make a claim through to the sending account, all to no avail. I paid $194.98 for nothing! BE WARNED! DONT USE THEM! Caroline
This is the most beautiful short prom dresses i have ever bought! I love the lace on the dresses! My friends said this one fits me very much! They will buy their dresses there and i have told them the site. I will also buy my graduation dresses in jadegowns. The satin feels very soft.the crystals are very tight and the beading is very beautiful. Thanks jadegowns! Your customer service is very good!

Highly recommended this webstie for their excellent customer service, high quality dress and fast delivery. I got my dress 12 days since I ordered successfully, when I emailed their customer service department, they always replied me, and the dress is what I was looking for, the design was amazing.
