I got my wedding dress today. It looks as beautiful as the picture. Good price (can't believe such delicate workmanship at such a low price). Good quality. An elegant dress. I was worried it would not be on time because I ordered just two weeks before my wedding day, but it showed up today, and looks great on me.
Please learn from my experience. I ordered a dress respite the mixed feedback, and how I regret it. Colour was not what was expected and the measurements were incorrect. Despite their website illustrating they will accept returns and give you refunds - THEY DO NOT. Owner does not want to know, they simply offer you a discount off another order - They have ripped me of £115 - Please do not use them!
I read all bad reviews of Jadegowns, but fortunately when I received my dress, everything is ok. And I am very satisfied with it, the material, the color, the fits and the customer service they offered me.
Please don't pay much attention to the bad reviews, everyone has their own experience, You will be fine if you offered them your exact measurements, the color and your other requirements. I certainly was. Thanks you Jadegowns!

I love the material for this dress. Its so smooth and the dress is better quality than I would have expected.
I payed over $230 for a dress for my formal from the site and after reading all the negative reviews I was extremely nervous that my dress wouldn't come/wouldn't be like I wanted, etc. I received my dress about a month after I ordered it (standard delivery) and upon opening it I was happy with it. It looked a little different to the picture and I thought the material was going to be different but I am overall happy with what I received. The only thing I need to do is have it altered a bit but I also made my measurements a tiny bit bigger as you can take away material but you can't add on! Don't panic at all the negative reviews, my dress came and I love it.
They actually take the time to make your dress, that was great. The shipping price & dress price is so reasonable, the dress is so worth the low price! I was complimented so much when I wore it to my friends wedding, I will definitely purchase from Jadegowns again.
If you type Jade Gowns into google it gets hundreds of hits. There could be a real Jade Gowns out there but I doubt it. Jade Gowns. The clue is in the name, is a Chinese rip off company putting up beautiful pictures of dresses on line. Unfortunately in this instance You do not get what you saw on the web. Basically they are committing fraud. My baby just lost £80 quid. When I found out that the company was from China I just laughed. I you loads of beautiful dresses and loads of gullible women. A sheer recipe for some unscrupulous $#*! to make lots of money.
I also think that the people posting on here saying how great the dresses are probably from the company. Wake up ladies
I ordered a prom dress for my daughter then started to panic at all the bad reviews. The dress arrived on time and fits beautifully! A few threads to tidy up but for the price I am not complaining. The dress looks gorgeous!
