Please beware of this scam! All of the merchandise sold on this site can be found for 3 times less on sites like Amazon, Ebay, & Aliexpress. The owner of the site fails to keep up the site with new merchandise even though she promised during the launch to continuously switch up the site with new items regularly. Customers are contacted on instagram.com. If you're lucky to hear from them at all. Customers who ordered when the site first launched ddo not receive their products for at least 3 months. It's April and Halloween costumes are still up for sale. Please save yourself the trouble & just buy from eBay or Amazon. She doesn't care she just wants your money.

I'm writing this review to warn other people not to buy from jadahdollhouse.com
I contacted a few people that bought off this website, Many did not receive what they paid for... and if they did receive anything... It was broken.So here is a full review of why you should not buy from here.
-Terrible customer service. They reply to their clients via instagram, yet delete comments that they don't like instead of helping the customer (that I know of). I went back on the page today (jadahsfavoritethings) and many of the comments were deleted.
-The products can be found on amazon, they're just being sold on here for 3x the price.
- From what I have seen many people have not received their products. And it's not like its just a couple dollars lost... these products are pretty pricey ranging from 40-80 dollars.
- ALSO referring to people not receiving products, many people that order when the website opened, at least TWO MONTHS AGO still haven't gotten anything... that's sad.
-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!, they basically are ripping people off... they clearly do not care about giving good customer service... if they did then the company would have sent out an email to their customers explaining why they haven't received what they paid for.
Tip for consumers:
You can easily google all of the products and find them for less on amazon.
