This company is horrendous. Stay far away. Returns are almost impossible and they say that the shipping is free which is an absolute lie. One and a half months later I received a FedEx bill which I reported to the company they said they would get back to me and I have heard nothing.

I bought the ( top gun MA-1 bomber jacket with patches from jacket hub for a high price, and what a piece of junk. No name on the jacket anywhere, very cheaply made, hell it's supposed to be a man's XL jacket but it a size large, the zipper is even on the wrong side, my military Rothco jacket is 100 times better than this crap. Even one of the damn patches fell off. So please don't buy this $#*!.

This company sent me the wrong size jacket. They asked if I would keep the wrong size with a discount and I said no it's way too large I would like to send this back. At this point, they tell me the warehouse manager confirmed they PUT THE WRONG TAG ON and it is the correct size. WHAT. LOL. That is creative! And also completely insane! I am out money now because they will not provide a complete refund. I'm sad and don't recommend this business.

Stick with eBay. I ordered from this site because they looked legit & they had the jack I wanted. According the the size chart the one I ordered should have been oversized on me. They use a drop shipper from Pakistan. The jacket was so small it was ridiculous. There is no way to close it, let alone zip it. Ethan first offered me a refund of 18%, when I replied I wanted a full refund he told me I would need to pay to ship it back to their drop shipper in Pakistan and they would refund me $45. I spent $120 on this jack that is completely unusable.

I placed an order for a sweater on or around 12/10/23 and I barely received it today. This is extremely unacceptable by anyone's standards. I paid north of $80.00 for this item! And the transparency of this company is down right pathetic. No communication what so ever and no attempt to compensate me for your lack of service. Im never doing business with your company again I can assure you. And not will my friends or family!

We just tried to return this jacket. We were instructed that we had to return it to Pakistan which would cost us $350.00. The jacket itself cost us 95.00 The jacket does not fit correctly and we are very unhappy with this company and their return policy.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband on December 23,2023. I was told they make the sweatshirts in-house and it takes 18-22 days. After the 22 days had passed I emailed again ( it's the only way to contact these people) about my order and was told it was in its final steps. I reported it to credit card fraud. I also reported the website scamming people. Don't order from these people….I hate scammers! Get a better life and do something positive with your life.

It was garbage and way too small. I ordered a starter jacket and quality was low. Forgery? Replica? I don't know but horrible. Waiting to hear from customer service.

I just received my order on December 22nd (ordered on November 25th) from Pakistan shipped by DHL. I immediately knew that something was wrong when I saw that it was shipped from Pakistan but still had hope. My order was a complete knock off from what was advertised. I had got a lightning McQueen nascar jacket that originally the brand boxlunch released, I was pleasantly surprised to find the same jacket on jacket-hub for $20 more from the original legit website but ordered through here because they had my size in stock and the original legit website did not so I went with jacket-hub. Keep in mind you will receive a product, but it will not be as advertised and be a cheap knock off. All their reviews are paid for, please be aware. I got with my credit card company and got my money back. $108 they tried to scam me out of. I will say they do have great customer service that communicates on a high level, but only because they know they're sending a fake product and do not want you to worry.

This site is not what they appear to be. They will not send you shipping info and when you try to reach out about your order there are several different emails and the address says it's based in Illinois, but the phone number is New York. The Paypal purchase is to a Hamid Jackets and there is no info anywhere on this. I got scammed people, don't do it!
