It took a month to receive my dress and not satisfied at all with the quality of this dresses! I will never order from them again?

I ordered what i thought to be the perfect dress for my daughters wedding coming up only to regret ever finding this site.The picture of the dress i thought i was ordering came was shipped to me not looking at all lik the dress in the picture. It was supposed to be fitted made of stretch satin. Not stretch at all. The arms are just huge. The entire dress is so heavey, not a lightweight material. To top it off i ordered in a plum color which was the only good thing, but they put a glaring white zipper down the entire back of the dress.
I contacted them and sent pictures and they will not do anything about it. They said just go get the zipper replaced. So i'm stuck with this dress that i cannot wear or return.
Dont order from them cause you do not know what you; ll get!

I ordered a pantsuit also for a wedding. It came in a plastic bag that had duck tape on it. This is the worst piece of clothing I have ever seen. Extremely poor quality, not the right color, does not fit as it should. The distance between the shoulders is three inches off making it unable to be altered. Do not buy from these people! Horrible! Not willing to refund or allow me to send it back! I will never buy from this place again!

So many negative reviews and I was really nervous about ordering from this company but just got dress and it's fabulous and fits perfectly. Very happy with it!

The only thing I like about the dress I planned to wear to my son's wedding is the blue color. Every other detail is horrible! I ordered a size larger than normal and it is too small- I cannot zip it up, the detail fringe looks amateurish and when I contacted customer support, I received a live chat message saying they'd get back to me in a day but that I should attach photos and describe the problem. I never heard back even after writing and attaching photos twice more.

My Mom lost my dad 6 yrs ago and this year she met a wonderful man and they have decided to get married at 80 yrs old. We picked the dress out with this company and we were very happy with the picture. Little did we know this was a terrible version of the original. It was a knock off and we had no idea. The dress looks very little like the picture. The impression is there but the quality and length and colour is totally different. Its a different dress and they refuse to give her money back. This company does FALSE advertising, they show a beautiful product and send you a junk version of it and charge you top dollar for the quality they send. You can see the skirt in the picture is longer and the panels are not the same as the dress received. The dress received is shorter and made of a different cheap material. The skirt part of the dress and top part of the dress is white in the picture. The one they sent the top part is cream and the bottom is white. What a disaster!

I ordered a chiffon pantsuit for a wedding, paid the extra for custom. Pantsuit arrived, wrinkled, very poor quality, Color terrible, and size all wrong. The lining inside the pants was 4" in excess material the full length. They said they would pay for alterations, then came back with only 15$ and 20% off my next order. Told them why would I ever order again. Customer service wouldn't do anything and just made excuses such as their profit margin is so low, they couldn't refund more money. They also said I couldn't send it back because of the high cost for shipping to China.

HORRIBLE company to do business with. Do not buy from them. I tried to return a dress I paid $109 for and they offered me $39 as their "refund" and I am to pay $35 for return shipping! The dress was way toooo small even though I went up a full size. Their return policy is a complete joke. Do not do business with this horrid company!

2 itmes ordered... They sent the wrong dress sizes. No wonder they would not fit. I ordered up 2 sizes -
Womens sizes and they just sent regular size and the wrong size totally. Do not order from this place. Awful... Awful. Also had many delays in shipping, not contract phone numbers = which you don't know until after you order. No immediate tracking numbers. You don't even know about your clothes until after that are shipped. Horrible.

Dresses arent even close to what is pictured on their website. Cant return or refund. Dress was made with cheap materials and shipped from China. Aweful! Buyer Beware! Turned their website

The Mother of the Bride Dress I ordered was actually pretty and looked to be made well. But it was no where near a size 12 that I ordered. Could not even come close to zipping it up. I have plenty of size 12 dresses that fit me perfectly and i even Have a couple of size 10 dresses that fit. When you look at their size chart on the website the measurements line up with the sizes. I wonder do they do this on purpose? Very disappointed to say the least..

Caveat Emptor! Avoid this company, especially when it comes to any issue with an order. File a dispute with your credit card company. Never drop the dispute with a promise of a full refund since they will not come through as promised and you forfeited your right to reinstate the dispute.

Avoid them since it not worth the aggrevation in dealing withem.

This company has to be one of the worst on the Internet, they have held my money for one year. And will not return it. They keep saying that their bank is holding it. Their dresses are nothing like the pictures that you see don't waste your time or your money ordering anything from this company! They also have their product back I mailed it to China and they will not return my money!

DO NOT ORDER from izivogue dresses! Sizes inaccurate... absolutely NO customer service. Will charge even if you return! This company should be called Scam Artist Dresses! Be warned!

If I could give a "0" I would! I ordered a size 14 and what came in was size 6 or 8 no customer service, no phone, no return policy other then you won't be able to return... UPS to Singapore for 1 dress was $130.00 for return! Should have read the reviews before ordering! Wasted $175.00!

Don't waste your time and money. Dress came in too small, pulling at the seams. No replies whatsoever to the three emails I sent them. Just wanted to exchange for a larger size. Never will do business with them again.

Do NOT ORDER ONLINE from this company. The picture of the dress displayed had a satin trim with what looked like flat sequins. The dress arrived in an envelope, badly wrinkled, and the satin trim was covered with ugly black and white large beads, making the dress look really cheap. The pleats had been flattened by the shipping in a small envelope, and the look of the dress destroyed. I have been emailing back and forth for a week to get the 50% refund. They want pictures of the dress, and won't allow return. Shipped from Hong Kong, so I should have been more aware. I am about to lose $150.

The dress i got looked nothing like the one on line it was horrible! Tried to send back and they would not let me. So now i am out $200 with a very ugly dress will not even take to goodwill to give it away. Also tried to review on their web page and it has not ever showed up! Stay away from this company

The emails have finally stopped because the company asked me to cancel the dispute which I was unwilling to do. I do not trust whoever is in charge even when they stated that they would fully refund me.

When will my order be shpped? Order#k**************... I need your phone number, please. L I'm reading a lot of negative reviews on this company and I am getting a funny feeling that I am not getting my dress and my money was taken in seconds of the purchase. I need to talk to someone. What company does not have a telephone number to speak with their customers?

Horrible quality! Can't return, made in China, well can return but they will give you only 50% of the cost and you pay for the return shipping, so with the shipping you might as well keep it and try to sell it! Don't buy from this company!

Ordered a dress for my wife for a wedding in costa rica, dress arrived today 18 days after ordering, the dress is the wrong size and has a stain. Unable to contact this crap company for a return and refund. Their refund policy (which I should have read along with other reviews) states 50% restock charge on returns. I haven't been able to find a way to call them, only email. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, IF IT FEELS LIKE YOU'RE GETTING RIPPED OFF IT'S BECAUSE YOU ARE.
