“BUYER BEWARE!”

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a segway board for a child's birthday in February, it arrived and was gifted but wouldn't charge. Eventually the company iWatboard.com arranged for it to be returned, inspected it and sent a replacement. The replacement was dangerous and faulty throwing the child from it and scaring her to the point she would not use it again. A video was taken of the fault and sent to the company. After several emails chasing to which I received no replies (apparently my emails had gone to spam - despite previous email reaching them with no issue to that point) they asked me to return and I requested a full refund given that I'd been let down twice with terrible products and it was now over 3 MONTHS since the little girl's birthday. They refused to supply details for the return, simply stating they would not refund (no reason given) despite seeing the spectacularly dangerous product they had supplied via the video and clearly not checked prior to dispatch. I have contacted my credit card company to raise a dispute and claim the refund due. I purchased from them as they were cheap but cheap clearly isn't always best. If anyone buys from them they should do so with great trepidation and a refund guarantee!

3. Dia 24 de Dezembro de 2018 cancelamento confirmado pela iWatMotion e consequente devolucao do pagamento confirmada

Hoje é dia 16 de Janeiro de 2019 e ainda nao devolveram o dinheiro. De forma escandalosa continuam a adiar e a dar garantias completamente falsas. Não houve qualquer produto entregue portanto não se trata de avaliar a devolução de um produto. Foi um encomenda cancelada por ter sido engano!
1. É urgente para mim receber o dinheiro e eles estao cientes do problema
2. Mais de 10 chamadas feitas
3. Mais de 30 emails trocados
4. Pedidos escandalosos, tais como criar uma disputa do dinheiro no PayPal porque internamente tem muitos pedidos e nao podem prioritizar o meu
5. Sem qual problema em passar o prazo limite de devolucao estipulado nos termos e condicoes
6. Constantemente dizem que me vao ligar e nao me ligam de volta

Today it's the 16th of January 2019 and I still don't have my money back. They keep postponing and telling me information that is completely fake. There was no product delivered so we're not talking about a return of a product that needs to be checked. This was a pure mistake order that was cancelled straight away!

1. It's absolute crucial for me to get my money back and they're aware of that
2. More than 10 calls completed already
3. More than 30 emails exchanged already
4. Outrageous requests from them like asking me to raise a dispute on PayPal against them as that would prioritise processing my refund since internally they can't do it
5. Absolute disdain about time limit specified on the Terms & Conditions
6. Constantly telling me they'll be calling back and they simply don't
