I had my husband buy me a dress. My grandson told me meme it looks like a bad apron. It is polytheistic even though it said 100% cotton. The neck is for a 10 year old. I am 5'3" and there size large was still to small for me and I weigh 102. So not what imI was expecting. I will never order fro this site agai

The clothes are crap, basically like a cheap fancy dress costume you would buy from Amazon. They refuse to refund you even when you return the products. £153 I'll never see again, DO NOT SHOP HERE

Took to long to get the items and then they were too small. Not good quality clothing. They look cute, but bad product.

This site is a fraud and they carry the cheapest crap. If you are unhappy with the product, they give you a hard time to return your money and at the end only give you back half of of what you spent on the crap that they send you. You do not receive the junk in the mail until two months after you order it. Please listen to me and don't buy anything from these people. You will regret it.

Took 2 months to get my order. I only ordered a summer dress & a pair of shorts. Quality was awful, definitely not what it looked like in the picture! So unhappy

I ordered and paid for some things almost 2 months ago,
I have received nothing, not my order, no refund, no explanation!.
ALSO, I had an order in my cart waiting until I saw the quality of my 1st order that never showed, they took it upon themselves to order it and tried to get in my bank account. Luckily I had just changed ATM cards, so they couldn't do it.
Then they had to audacity to ask me to update my credit card... can you imagine, so don't leave anything in your cart, they'll charge you.
ALSO, they have 2 customer service phone numbers... both of them are disconnected!

Really I'm disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this to my worse enemy.
Please don't waste any money with them because I can rest assure you, you'll be scammed. It's just useless and unworthy of your time and money. I will humbly advice anyone to shop somewhere else that place value on your money. This is a joke.

Bought a faulty product that did not work and they would not refund and they kept sending me 29 emails back and forth and even when escalated to PayPal dispute, they kept trying to offer replacements (why would I want a replacement of a product that was faulty) and then said I could keep it but again I did not want to keep it, it was faulty, I sent several photos which they kept asking for and each time had a different person who knew nothing about it but always trying to scam me and they got bargaining over and over about the % they would refund which started at 5 up to 80 with as many emails and I kept saying no I want full refund and they said that they would refund if I stopped the PayPal dispute and then I had to post it back even though it was completely useless. I doubt I'll ever get the refund. They are a total sham. Don't go there. You have been warned. I would give them NO STARS but the lowest you can give is 1.

I placed an order for a Mask sthey were adverrtising in March as of this date 6/3/2020 I have not received anthing. I sent her an email and heer response was they could not find any order with my name. Nowq I see they go back to her.are still advertising masks but I will never buy anything. The mask was completely black.

Company charged for an order of shoes $40, I never received shoes my bank was charged $40 and the company never extended a shipment or credit for my purchase. I am disputing with my bank per the company's request. They completely ripped me off.

I ordered several clothing items. They came. They were VERY poorly made. They fit TERRIBLY. They are not true to USA sizing. I reached out to costumer service. They had me jumping through hoops to return the items. This went on for over 2 months. Then they said that I had the items too long. I am stuck with this TERRIBLE junk. BUYER BEWARE.

This is an international company, so the shipping is delayed for days on end. The website is deceiving, so consumers beware.

Sent order number asking we're are all my items haven't responded to me they take your money then who cares how many times you write unless we all stop ordering maybe there will be a change they need us to stay I. Business please don't order from here you won't get your money back

Beware of purchasing anything from here. I waited over 3 weeks for my order then only 1/3 of it arrived and now struggling to get a refund. Had to open a dispute with PayPal

I bought what looked a gorgeous dress from this site for a special event and received something that looked like a undergarment slip, thrown together with inaccurate stitching and completely different to what I paid for. They refused to refund. Do NOT waste your money no matter how lovely the item you think you are looking at, they won't send that. Honestly STAY AWAY!

I ordered 3 items from this company. To be fair I wasn't sure what to expect but quite honestly I feel an absolute idiot! 1st dress wouldn't fit a 12 Yr old and I'm a good size 16... 2nd 'jumper dress' not a dress in any way! 3rd order is an absolute mystery? 5 metres of black elastic which i have no idea how it fits or what to do with? But the worst thing was trying to get in touch with anyone from the company to try to rectify problems... never happened!

But ok Ivyrose... my 1st son works for one of the biggest worldwide business magazines as a sales director and he's already blacklisting you and my 2nd son is a massive drag and LGBGQ influencer... so for all of the women you have let down... I'm sure it won't be for much longer!

Both of my dresses arrived within the time they said (about 1week or 3 working days via express shipping). I wanted them quickly in case I needed to adjust them before an upcoming vacation and that turns out to be the case. My shirt dress fits just right and is good quality. The lace dress was too big (size small was all they had and I typically need XS). It is also cheaply made, but still lovely and unique. My seamstress will help make it just right. I got them "on sale" at 55% off plus additional 10%. I would never have paid the original price for these because I know they are not worth that much! It is also not worth trying to return clothing with a lot of online stores, but I was willing to take the risk. I see a lot of negativity in these reviews, but I think you need to keep things in perspective: this is a made-in-China on-line store for cheap, fun dresses. Based on the type of complaints I see on this review site, if you want "the perfect dress" and shopping experience, you need to buy in-store and to buy locally with a tailor on site. Stop being so disappointed everyone. It makes you look whiney.

This is the most poor customer service I've ever received! I've asked to return item, and the agent keeps on denying me the opportunity to do so. She keeps on lying about giving me credit and coupons that never showed up! I only needed to return a simple shirt, and this is dragging out for months! Avoid at all costs!

I have been waiting for my shipment for more then 2 months. There are no updates and the company barely responds promptly when I do contact them, which is only on the Facebook messenger, since I am not able to find any email information. The quality of the 1 pair of shoes that I got was so cheap that I literally gave them away. I would absolutely recommend you save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I ordered two dresses they were nothing like advertised the size was way off you have to oreder about 2 sizes up, I returned them and was told to email tracking number and they will, they were not work with tags on and in the same bags they came in we literally laughed at them and sent them back a few days later, it's been 2 days and still have not got a email back from them.

I ordered 5 dresses from them. The quality of the fabric was horrible; the fit was horrible. You cannot reach anyone by phone because the true company is in China. There is a storefront in California. You cannot return/ exchange anything without a huge hassle where you pay them to take the items back

Ordered item, and still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Emailed last weeks said would definitely receive in a day or two. A week on no email with details, nothing.
