Did not receive my item and after 3 weeks of waiting I chased this as I had not had any acknowledgement from them whatsoever. Finally after some time I was informed this item was in short supply but they did not even have the common courtesy to let me know. I demanded a refund which was not easy but got one in the end. Would never order again from this company.

Kept stalling for a proper answer and was a struggle to get a refund

The top was very thin and too big, the shorts to small, what you get I suppose when buying a set. Then trying to return it was a nightmare, kept trying to offer 10% discount rather than a return label. Sent back 2 weeks ago and not heard a thing

It took nearly 6 weeks to get items ordered when I paid fir 3 to 8 days delivery and was with me chasing. Do not use this company if you expect a decent level of service. Never again for
me.

I received my order and quickly realised the item was too small (didn't even try it on)! I immediately emailed ivrose to get the details of where to return the item... they replied offering me 10% of my refund and to keep the item... I declined their offers of 20%, then 40% and eventually they sent me a Royal Mail label with returning details! I returned the item approximately 3 weeks ago and have not received any acknowledgement from them and definitely not had any money returned. I will never use this company again and have advised all my colleagues (in a big city hospital) not to use them either. The worst online shopping experience ever...

The returns process is shocking and very difficult to do, they make it difficult, there is no returns label, they have to authorise the return, which they don't do without making it very awkward, asking for photos of the products. They they proceed to offer you discount to keep the product, this goes on for several days. You can't speak to anyone, this is all carried out by a 'ticket' process which they take 24 hours to come back to you on, when they do they are quite rude in the ticket conversation. I am still waiting for a refund of two orders. Their site is not easy to get round so trying to find the order details to return is not easy. I will never use this company again and I am sure they are breaking the law, ie consumer rights for the returns process.

I missed the return period by just a few days as some of the clothes I ordered were too big and wanted an exchange or a refund and id order the same items in a different size. They at first turned me down and said I was SOL but after I raised some cane they offered me $5 to shop again on their site. Total joke.

Shipping took over a month. Clothes did not fit well. I did my due diligence in getting my measurements and checked measurements for the items ordered. Robe was a good fit (threads were hanging off robe) however lingerie was not all a good fit.

Horrible customer service. Ordered $126 worth of items in April. Its now August and nothing. I have gone back and forth with customer service and they refuse to give a refund.
They can see in the system and said the item got lost in transit and that "I" should follow-up with shipping company. I do not recommend this company at all. They have no integrity/accountability to do what's right as a business whatsoever. $126 of my money just gone!

Over a month still haven't received my order. Reaching out they said two items were out of stock. No notifications about delays.

The worse experience I have ever had. The order took 6 weeks to arrive. The sizing was all wrong so I wanted to return goods. Was offered 10% then 30% back, eventually got them to send a returns label. Sent back items and did not receive a full refund. Was told there are shipping costs despite their website states free worldwide shipping. Disgusting company NEVER USED THEM.

I ordered 9 items. Unfortunately 7 of the items out of 9 are either too small or not suitable. So I asked fir exchange and refund. Currently I am being offered 40%refund to keep everything which is not acceptable. Why is it so difficult to get money back for unwanted items. I am told the cost of sending items back is extreme ad an online company this is not great so I either loose money or spend more to get any back. Will not be using again and will not recommend

Absolutely shocking! Do not order from this company!
Ordered 3 Two piece suits and tried to return them - was told I had to return to the US (pay for shipping myself) if I wanted to or accept a 10% discount off my next order! Why would I order again when the quality is shocking and I can't even return something bought from the UK to the UK!? Wouldn't let me put zero stars either!

The blazer I received was a cheap piece of polyester. I sent a message the day I received it asking how to return it and have never received a response.It looked nothing like the posted picture. I'm sure this review won't be posted. Buyers beware They use different names

Quick easy shop, however when I wasn't happy with the order the customer service team had no intention of allowing me to send the item back. The customer service team suggested I keep the item with a small percentage refunded, however I did not want the item as the quality of the fabric was terrible, it was made out of the cheapest nylon. After this shopping experience I would never shop here again nor would I recommend Ivrose online store to anyone I know. The customer service team were not helpful to sort out refunds. Once they have your cash there is no going back. I will be avoiding Ivrose and will not be getting sucked in to any more purchases from Ivrose.

Customer service team were ridiculously unhelpful and appeared to have no intention of allowing me to refund the item I had purchased.

I ordered the items and received very quickly. However, when I tried to return the items as they were not suitable for me, quality was fine, I was met with intermittent messages and made numerous offers for partial refunds and to keep the items. In the end I had to accept a refund and I now have items I do not want and will not wear. My messages were only answered every 24 hours until I accepted the partial refund, which I had no choice to accept in the end, and then the messages were replied to immediately. Will not order from this site again.

Already described earlier - intermittent replies until I agreed to refund offer. Returns system is not good at all.

It sucks and I will never buy anything close to it from this site ever again

I had three separate orders from IVRose and all 3 orders that I received included poorly made merchandise/clothing that i cannot wear…I asked for compensation and they will do absolutely nothing about it…I have 4 items that are going in the trash and they don't care…I wouldn't even donate these items to Goodwill…. If you're smart you will not order from these people! In addition, I have requested 3 times to be removed from their email advertising list and that is yet to happen. Bad business

Placed an order of 4 weeks ago when delivery was stated 8-10 days! Never received my items, I was asked to be patient by the company when I asked for a refund as the items never got sent to me & then finally after telling them I was seeking action to get my refund they issued my money back. Terrible service.

I contacted customer service they were not very helpful took alot of backward and forward messages before they finally agreed to refund cost of dress - cost of shipping back one of other dresses needed a new zip which I have done at my own expense

Extremely long waiting period without any communication/update from seller. Seller sent WRONG SIZE!

I ordered 5 items, not one fits, and there's no returns on underwear but where the sizing is the problem that seems unfair. I could see immediately they wouldn't fit, no need to try them on. The size guide is totally inaccurate. I usually wear 10-12 and ordered 12-14 just in case.
