Ivory Ella is HORRIBLE! I will never Order from this company again! I'm filing a complaint through the better buiness bureau! I bought 2 extremely overpriced shirts online on 12/04 for $71.00. The shirts were a birthday present for my 11yr old niece. I paid the additional dollars to expedite the shipment to 3-4 business days.
On 12/05 I received an email that they shipped but I watched the tracking of the package and it didn't move from the ivory Ella warehouse EVER! I would have called but they don't have a customer service phone number! So instead, I was forced to submit an email request to them on 12/12. The returned email I received once I submitted my inquiry is that they need 3 buiness days to respond to their customers emails. Well, I just received an email today 12/22! 10 days later! The email I received addressed NONE of my concerns and they avoided all of my requests on the email. Instead, I received excuses that the item never shipped. Blah blah blah!( To be perfectly honest, save your excuses for some other poor soul!)So instead of doing what I requested on 12/12 to cancel the order, NOPE. The idiot re-submitted my order again! To make matters worse, she stated in the email that my over priced shirts delivered today 12/22 to my home. THAT'S a lie! Nothing was delivered to my house on 12/22. I guess I need to find some humor in the entire thing... Within her response to me, she inquired whether I would like her to send a return label? RETURN? RETURN WHAT? So long story short, my poor niece never received her shirts, IVORY Ella stole $71 from my bank account, I had to spend an additional $75 to buy a different bday gift for my niece bc it's not her fault ivory Ella is horrific to deal with, I've contacted the better buiness burea, I've stopped 6 mothers of middle school children from purchasing anymore from this company and I've contacted my bank to dispute the money Ivory Ella stole from me!
It's time to wake up and face the music! It is apparent to me, based on consumer reveiws, ivory Ella has more than their share of poor customer experiences! Of the complaints I read, there seems to be multiple themes that need to be addressed! Keeping things simple- how about getting a customer service phone number for starters!? I didn't write this because I think they will now call me (they don't care, so no call will be made I'm sure). I'm writing this to make others aware of how they treat people! If you do consider purchasing anything from them, read customer reveiws first before making the commitment! I'm not going to get my hopes up that I'll receive a call from Ivory Ella and that they will make this mess right! Soooo sooooo sad!
