Confused about requiring my self taking passport picture to submit with online application then I'm told that I have to submit two professionally taken photos.
First, before paying, I waited for more than 5 hours for the ivisa team to reply on the live chat for an urgent matter. I went through ivisa because I needed to get my visa sorted quickly as I had an upcoming World Cup game that I was going to watch. I got the fast option as I was promised the application will take 3 days and obviously the visa never arrived so I had to cancel my trip which cost me a lot of money. It has been a week from now and I still have no got any replies from the team at all. They took my money and stopped offering any help. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY ARE A SCAMMER
I applied about 1 month before I was travelling. IVisa requested 1st a different photo, then my whole itinerary for the trip with addresses and reservation confirmation numbers. Since i was traveling on a tour, I didn't have a lot of this, but spent a lot of time obtaining the information. Once submitted, I the iVisa website messages said that the government was holding it up. I finally went to the country's web site and tried to apply myself, but since iVisa had submitted something, I couldn't apply. Also the country DID NOT request all the information iVisa requested. After repeated requests, I finally got the application # from iVisa, checked the country's website, and found out that they had returned the application to iVisa, who had not responded. I made the necessary corrections, but this was 1 day before leaving, so I did not have an accepted Visa application when I arrived in the country. I spent an additional hour at the airport trying to straighten this all out. This experience caused me considerable stress and took up a lot of my time. I would not recommend working with iVisa.
Having applied online for the first time to renew my visa,i came across a team of persons from IVisa whom i have found to be very Caring and Committed to their task from start to finish, that is, completing the application, a very thorough exercise, going for the interview to the collecting of the Visa document. The many reminders where welcomed, especially when the interview time was getting close and the documents to be carried. I must again commend the Team for a JOB WELL DONE!

While IVisa was quick and efficient to meet the anticipated date for Brazils requirement for a Visa, Brazil postponed the requirement until April. We are traveling in February and therefore we will not need the Visa we received

Applied for a Japan visa from Hong Kong through ivisa paying 677hong Kong dollars. I uploaded confidential documents and info and filled out an application.
Ivisa booked me an appointment at Vfs global.
I got to vfs global and they did not receive any of the documents, information or application.
Ivisa had only just booked me an appointment at Vfs which I could have done myself for 677hkd!?
I had to pay vfs a further 299 hkd for processing documents and application.
When I tried to contact ivisa for a refund I just speak to chat robots and an re-directed to links to no where.
It's a scam.

As a 73 year old,I found completeing the visa tricky,and doing it on my phone was a bad idea.Also I left it a little late doing it as I was acting on an [mpulse to visit Tiruvannamali and the Ramana Maharshi Ashram.So I asked a young friend to sort out the photo needed.Everything else was straight foward and i recieved your approval after 3days which was great The travel agent printed the visa off which was a good idea.The immigration officers at Chennai thought I should have prebooked accomodation in Tiruvannamali,when I told them I would find somewhere to stay once there they thought I was a bit mad,but granted me entry obviously...Hope this helps you,it was super hot and humid,as expected but worth every minute.The Tamils where wonderful

I took a part in a scholarship competition organized by iVisa in 2023. Each participant had to write an essay regarding a cultural/travel experience they had and how it shaped them as people. The criteria for this scholarship were strict. I was shocked to discover that the selected winner did not meet even the fundamental criteria outlined for this scholarship.
The winning essay very mistakenly claimed that Bangladesh and Nepal are part of India. This, quite enormous factual inaccuracy, came as a surprise to me, especially considering that iVisa prides itself on promoting travel, exploration, and cultural understanding. I had expected the winning selection to demonstrate a meticulous regard for geographic accuracy and adherence to the guidelines set.
On top of that, the winning essay contained embarrassing typos, such as "Muslin" instead of "Muslim" (muslin is a cotton fabric), that could have been avoided with basic proofreading. It brings into question the integrity of the selection process and casts doubt on the thoroughness with which the essays were evaluated. It is deeply concerning to witness disregard for precision. I will not be applying for this scholarship in the upcoming years nor can I recommend it to others, as evidently, the selection of the winner does not align with the specified criteria.

My experience with ivisa was really good no problems at all.
I was amdisappointed when the price for the visas at least doubled after I had entered all of my families vital information into the system, and therefore I would be uncomfortable backing out.
