During the set up of three person ivisas i made some mistakes and I thought that I had been timed out that's because I hadn't got everything in front of me and had to wait for another passport. Well that said it was a lesson in having all the documentation in front of me, so I was charged twice, "my mistake" so I contacted support and within minutes they contacted me and the money was back into my account "that was good service in my books.
I've just got scammed by iVisa.com as well. Don't do the same mistake I did believing they will process the Australian eVisa faster. I paid the super rush service which is supposed to be ready in 6 hours and it's already the 3rd day with no outcome and no more replies from iVisa. I did apply on Monday on the Australian gov for visa but because my flight was supposed to be on the 1st June I started to panic and decided to go through iVisa service thinking they will make it happen faster. Now after I lost the flight and everything that comes with it, I asked them for a full refund but guess what, they stopped replying. STAY AWAY FROM IVISA.com! And by the way the reply is AI you will never talk to a person!
