I applied for a visa for Vietnam. The process was quite simple and the instructions easy to follow. My only criticism is that the website asked for payment before we were finished the application. That was frustrating as I actually thought I paid but would not receive my visa. It wasn't until I received an email asking me to complete it that I realized there was more to it. Other than that, I received them in a timely fashion.
My experience with ivisa was really good no problems at all.
Followed the prompts which were clear. Only trouble was getting the right size visa photo.
