I really like downloading with them, although their page has quite a few inbound and outbound network speed problems.

“Used to be amazing - now they don't fix bugs”

The sole reason I bought an iPhone many generations ago was becasue of itunes functionality, now the only reason I'd consider an alternative would be because I've transitioned off itunes, I haven't made the break yet but I'm close. Everytime I sign in to itunes my library reverts to an old destination, I follow the apple "fix" but it doesn't stick, I've spent hours rebuilding this evening but know it will be temprorary, It would be faster if the "find other files" ever actually found anything else even in the same sub-folder - I don't know why they even offer the function - it never works, Two examples of a once good product now clearly managed by the D team. Sad really that apple clearly no longer care.

My biggest issue with iTunes is this - my bank card has been hacked twice. Both times were after making purchases on iTunes. I will not purchase anything else from iTunes unless they can keep my PII safe. It is a pain in the rear to have to replace my card, delete all of my payment information and file a claim with the bank. ITunes, you need to step up and protect your customers better. Luckily my bank is awesome and has refunded my stolen money both times. BEWARE GIVING iTUNES YOUR PAYMENT INFO. Check your bank accounts for small charges you don't recognize. With my situation, it was.99$ here, 3.99$ there - easy to miss amounts. You may find yourself paying for someone else's subscriptions and music purchases. When and if my iPod stops working, I will not be purchasing another Apple product.

Tip for consumers:
Keep an eye on your account after making a purchase - look for small charges to make sure you're not buying music and subscriptions for someone else without your knowledge. I've made two purchases on iTunes - both time I ended up "buying" music and subscriptions for people overseas. Work with your bank to fix any fraud issues - iTunes doesn't care and will not help.

Products used:
I purchased one song using the iTunes store.

HI, I used to have ITUNES for free then I had to let them go because they WHAMMY ME with a MONEY charge all of a sudden. That's wasnt COOL at least you should gave the customer fair warnings. But I see that your companies just want to very GREEDY. Especially when people in general is on the REAL BUDGETS. I really don't get it. Besides if it wasnt for the customers you would not EXIST. BYE, BYE

Have lot of paid for CDs. This site doesn't recognize that fairly often. Can't play all the music I transferred from other sites. Don't use too much. Groove Music only slightly better.

They're alright, but there are other music sights around that allow your music to be played on any portable device, not just apple devices!

The IOS Apple Developer Program doesn't seem to be working well when I submit a build from xcode6

Suggestions:
Add iTunes, music, movies and other developer programs to our current developer programs

Tip for consumers:
Fix all the errors in your iOS or mac application before you submit it for build to the iTunes connect

Itunes is probably the least sketchy of their services, but apple sucks.

I used iTunes exclusively until songs began to disappear from my iTunes list. It turns out that if they deem a song no longer profitable they literally steal it back from your computer and iPod. I emailed, called and complained until one of their representatives told me that they would NOT return my $$ or the songs that I had purchased. He went on to say that I should have made a CD copy to keep the songs that I purchased (kind of defeats the purpose of having an iPad). I have since switched to Songbird and transferred my entire iTunes library to Songbird and I have had no problems since. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you load all of your own songs onto iTunes.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT purchase ANY music from the iTunes store. They may steal it back from you and still keep your money.

Mac and Apple both lack in so many things people seem to just overlook, iTunes is just the same. It's never worth the prices or so called '' freebies'' when they're just ripping everyone off. Suppose some people will be always content with it and apple users have to be content.

Tip for consumers:
Use an alternative like Vox

I can't believe how annoying and limited Itunes is. I got a new iPhone and as my Macbook was broken, I connected it with my boyfriends iTunes to put on some music. Now that I have a new Macbook, I can't connect the new iTunes with my phone because it's already connected to my boyfriends profile. Why? This is pointless, there are a couple workarounds, but as I'm not very computer savvy; I had no other option than to reset my phone. I HATE doing that. No fun iTunes! Make uploading music to devices easier. I'd love some easy drag&drop for a change, I don't really care about Playlists, buying music there, and whatever...
