It was a fantastic experience that I assume would have been 5 stars had I actually used the product. I gave it 4 stars because of ease of use and fantastic shipping. If I could include the use of product I would have hopefully been 5 stars. I HAVE NOT USED PRODUCT YET
I ordered some ink cartridges and paper in 8.5x11 and 13x19. The 13x19 paper didn't show a tracking number. I got the 8.5x11 paper and most of the ink cartridges in the first shipment by UPS. There were two more UPS tracking numbers which were one ink cartridges each. I was hoping the 13x19 paper would be in one of those shipments, but it wasn't. By this time it was the weekend, so I planned to call your customer service on Monday. I was away from home on Sunday, and the 13x19 paper was delivered by FedX. Luckily my landlady was there and could get it. I never got a shipping notice or tracking number from FedX. This is the third time this has happened. I live in a city with a lot of porch pirates, so I like to be home when deliveries come, but I can't with no tracking.

Easy to use website. Love it. Just wish I had known the item was not in stock locally as I called up to see if I could pick it up. Was told that it had already shipped, but not that it was a 4-day ship from Mississippi. The promised tracking was not provided and had to call the next day to request it again. It did arrive well packaged and I appreciate IT Supplies good price on my printer inks. Next time I will need to ask if it is stocked in the Rolling Meadows location.
I am located on the west coast. I was in a chat with one of your salesmen, when evidently your office, which is fine, but it would have been nice to let me know that the chat was ending, even some automated message saying for example; "We are closing at this time and our chat service will be ending, please feel free to contact us tomorrow" etc.
Your salesman contacted me first thing in the morning, and handled applying our resale #, which was appreciated.

I ordered on my iphone with a few beers in me so it was a bit bumpy. But I succeeded, so the 4 stars are due to the beer. I will say that IT Supply have had the best prices over the years and I would recommend them highly. Keep up the good work. I bought an Epson 4000 in the 2000's and I still have it.

Good, wish could get some credit points for ordering so many inks. Like a total card you could add to to maybe get a free ink after so many buys.
I attempted to purchase this last week, but the order did not go through. I think it was because I paid with PayPal and didn't realize I needed to still fill something out after submitting my payment. It would be nice to get a notification if the order gets through the payment process but does not get submitted. It would have been nice to have my paper this week, but it was my fault. I should have checked for a receipt.
You sent an email special but couldn't find it anywhere online. So, wasted a lot of time stumbling around before putting paper in my cart in order to find out if the special applied to what I wanted.
Excellent with one big exception: searched for epson ink for Surecolor P800. Your site gave me scores of matches which were all misses! I had to go to a competitor of yours, to find a T850 Ultrachrome designator to locate on your site! Correct this? TY Joe

Hard to find ink for two of my small Epson printers. Should list of printers of a least ink groups (eg, 60, 78, 79, ...). I remember it being easier in the past.
epson 9800 light magenta and magenta are not listed with the other 9800 inks . What is listed is a light vivid magenta and a vivid magenta which does not work with the 9800. Thanks
Though I was getting Free Shipping? Was going to order from Lex Jet but they don't do Paypal. Free shipping with them.
Had trouble with the order in that it would not accept what I had entered and had to redo twice. Order arrived in two boxes at 2 separate days. ????

Something quirky about the checkout page...must scroll a long way through blank space to get to "Place Order" button at bottom of page.
It was my first time on your site. Everything worked fine just took me a while to figure a couple things out. Little things like scrolling to the bottom of page for the order button and my laptop has a small screen and the button was off screen for the drop-down for closing chat box. I'll get it the next time.
Clunky interface. Not always certain how to get to where I want to go. But with a little effort all is well.
Had to go "back" with each separate ink order and click on new link. BUT it appears now that the order can be made all on one page with quantity listed. HOWEVER, any submit button is at the bottom so not initially visible when working the website. REQUEST: Please add text at the top of the web page that a SUBMIT button can be accessed below.
It's complicated to have to go back and log in after paying with paypal.I love IT supplies but I don't like the free shipping change for orders over $100.00
You guys have been reliable and timely for the past several years. But you sent half of my last order to New Jersey instead of Calif. Color HQ followed up in a timely manner and I got my delivery a couple days later. My subsequent delivery was complete and on time.
Usually it's easy find the products I'm seeking, but occasionally it's not clear whether a specific product is in stock. Altogether a good experience, however.
