It was a fantastic experience that I assume would have been 5 stars had I actually used the product. I gave it 4 stars because of ease of use and fantastic shipping. If I could include the use of product I would have hopefully been 5 stars. I HAVE NOT USED PRODUCT YET
I ordered some ink cartridges and paper in 8.5x11 and 13x19. The 13x19 paper didn't show a tracking number. I got the 8.5x11 paper and most of the ink cartridges in the first shipment by UPS. There were two more UPS tracking numbers which were one ink cartridges each. I was hoping the 13x19 paper would be in one of those shipments, but it wasn't. By this time it was the weekend, so I planned to call your customer service on Monday. I was away from home on Sunday, and the 13x19 paper was delivered by FedX. Luckily my landlady was there and could get it. I never got a shipping notice or tracking number from FedX. This is the third time this has happened. I live in a city with a lot of porch pirates, so I like to be home when deliveries come, but I can't with no tracking.

When I logged in the first time today it would not accept the password I set, at your request, the last time I ordered. After setting a new password it took three tries before it would accept it. And yes I checked each keystroke as I input the password each time to ensure there was no mistake.
could not get my order through all paying system was greyed out. could not get customer service on the phone. took 2 days to get through.
shopping was fine but checking out was complicated. I didn't remember my password so I was forced through a password reset process and then the site didn't seem to like my use of Paypal as a payment method, so I had to back out of that and then select it again. Lots of online stores do this but requiring customers to sign in to an account before placing orders makes it more complicated than it needs to be and it makes me wonder why I'm working so hard to give you my money. Make it easier.
I'm sure you spent much time and many $$ on this new site and it's much better in m any ways BUT it has some weird quirks.
When I complete an order the big red button right there is to sign up NOT place my order - I have signed up twice and not placed my order... hhhhm my bad
Epson 2200 ink. "Add to cart for lower price" is BS. Price is same. This also applies to my last order for Epson ink. Remove the note or actually have a reduced price when added to cart.
I logged in, filled my cart, requested a PO number internally. I came back 2 days later with my PO number and had to start over. Also couldn't adjust quantity of an item in the cart. I had to remove the item, find it again and reselect that item at the new desired quantity.
Why must I create a password to make a purchase. This will prevent future purchases. I will not remember it. Need to allow for a guest check out.
Website does work on Safari, so not sure if I ordered three times, I hope not! But I do hope you are all doing well.
online shopping cart a little confusing. Had to make multiple attempts to get it right. Otherwise, very easy to navigate website and select items to purchase

Long-time customer. Difficult payment/checkout process. Seemed to ask for some data more than once! I thought I had placed the order a couple of weeks ago. It turned out it hadn't been completed.
New web site was cumbersome. None of my old info was transported. Been a customer for many years. I'll see how I feel when I place my next order. Thanks.

I wish I could just shop 'as a guest', without requiring an 'account'. It was a hassle this time, as I needed to reset the password (and my email client was auto-deleting your reset requests, it seems).
Otherwise, your site makes it easy to find the exact ink for my printer, and I like that. Prices are okay, but I seem to remember these carts being significantly cheaper ... maybe before tariffs? ;-)

Your web site jumps around too much, making it hard to select items in the ink area. Otherwise good.
Was difficult to find our printer because on this page: /Canon-Ink-and-Toner-s/219.htm it says CANON PIXMA PRO and lists printers, but not ours. (Why do u list a few there?) It wasn't clear that we have to click on the very tiny link Canon Desktop Ink, in order to find our printer.
But overall, we like you guys. You have good prices and fast service!
A bit difficult to locate the ink for my printer. When searching for the morel of my Epson XP 8500 or the 312XL ink cartridge it did not come up. I found Black ink by simply browsing then found the others b searching for a different printer model XP-*******, that took the same ink.
interface could be more intuitive. loaded a shopping cart and had to reload it after logging in which was a waste of my time.
The new website is not easy to use. The Add to My Cart button seems to be too far down the page. And it's very frustrating to submit your order, get a message that you have not selected a shipping method, and then learn that you have three choices, all of which say "Free Shipping." The checkout process could be made much smoother. thank you.
not consistent display of picture with the description. Photo shows light black ink picture while description is vivid magenta. Kind of confusing.
TOOK 3 TRYS TO GET INFO CORRECT. FIRST WASN'T CLEAR WHERE CVC CODE WAS TO BE ENTERED. THEN SHIPPING RATE CHANGED AND HAD TO RE-ENTER DATA. had to enter cc number three times.
