It was a fantastic experience that I assume would have been 5 stars had I actually used the product. I gave it 4 stars because of ease of use and fantastic shipping. If I could include the use of product I would have hopefully been 5 stars. I HAVE NOT USED PRODUCT YET
I ordered some ink cartridges and paper in 8.5x11 and 13x19. The 13x19 paper didn't show a tracking number. I got the 8.5x11 paper and most of the ink cartridges in the first shipment by UPS. There were two more UPS tracking numbers which were one ink cartridges each. I was hoping the 13x19 paper would be in one of those shipments, but it wasn't. By this time it was the weekend, so I planned to call your customer service on Monday. I was away from home on Sunday, and the 13x19 paper was delivered by FedX. Luckily my landlady was there and could get it. I never got a shipping notice or tracking number from FedX. This is the third time this has happened. I live in a city with a lot of porch pirates, so I like to be home when deliveries come, but I can't with no tracking.
I despise using the website. If it were humanly possible I doubt without considerable effort one could make it more difficult to use. The poor customer service people, all they can do is apologize. That is why it is useless to contact me for followup. The day you stop carrying Simply Elegant is the last day I will buy my supplies here.

I have spent 45 minutes+ going from field to field trying to place an order. I have been your customer for 10 years or so. This is the worst experience on your website I have ever had.
Your password reset will not work. The link you sent was not active, when I pasted it to the search bar it sent me some where else. I will not order anymore if this is not fixed.
Your new site is difficult to navigate and seems buggy. Also it doesn't recognize my password, which hasn't changed in years. When I hit for my password, nothing happens. Do you want me to buy something or what??? If there was less than one star, I would have left that.
Your web site is hard to deal with and particularly the check out portion. It didn't recognize me and was very slow to email me the password change info. I used to like your site, but find it a pain now. Papers are not well organized.
Your website order payment process needs some work to make it more user friendly. If I have left out an item of information and have to go back, the info I have already entered should not be removed. Very irritating.
Your old web order site was fast. This one is a nightmare. Hoops and pollvault to get what you want.

Since you have updated the site it's been horrible to order on. This time I had to click the order button 5 times & repeat VISA & Shipping method 5 times before it processed my order.....UGH.
email & account recognized in checkout but I did not receive a password reset email. Had to submit a different email and set up a second account
I had a hard time finding the items I wanted. Never did find generations art roll canvas I wanted. Will have to call to get it.
Since you updated your system and past orders were lost I by mistake order the wrong ink. HDK instead of BK for sc f6070. Now I have a mess on my hands. I would suggest users register equipment and don't allow me to order consumables that don't match my registered equipment. Would have been nice to get a warning from you before I ordered rather than after I added the ink and got a chip error. It's totally my fault but your system update certainly didn't help. kinda like leaving a hot pan on the counter! Question is will you help ease the pain?? and credit my last order?
I've been trying for 4 days to place this order, your site is very confusing, I thought I ordered this 4 days ago, now Im afraid I may have ordered it twice.
In the past I could log in as a guest. Not allowed this time and had to change email address and enter a password. Had to enter the card number 5 times to place this order. Not Friendly.
your cleansing of all of my data, including prior orders, is nothing but a giant inconvenience to me. now I have to re-enter everything? Why do n't you do that, and not make me do it.

have had nothing but problems with website since you acquired atlex. i was a long time atlex customer.
It took 4 attempts to reset my password. Following reset link got message "link is only valid for 24 hours"
Attempted to pay using Amazon account - would not let me. Message said email on Amazon is the same as email on it supplies. Enter another email.
It took five or more tries to pay by credit card instead. Some were my fault - mistyped number, but others just went into lala land and nothing happened. Message "you have already submitted this form. If nothing happens in 0 seconds, you can click here to resubmit"
I'm hopeful that at the end of day I submitted one order, not several.
The order page was very erratic and not that easy to follow. In the past you have had a very easy ordering system.
You have the most confusing web site I have ever used. Go to Amazon to find out how it should be done.Fire the company who but this monster up.
Order Procedure convoluted. Inks by printer Should be clearer. Although indicated tha price cut will be applied, no change after entry to cart.
I have placed orders with you in the past and have never had problems. Now that you have revised your site, it took me two phone calls and approx. 30 minutes to order two ink cartridges. Change is not always the best for your customers

It kept asking for my shipping address, yet seemed to ignore the Box checked "same as billing address."

Your new system did not recognize me after I logged in and reset password. I had to input all data twice. Hope bugs are fixed next time and I wasn't double billed.
