Terrible customer service! You sold me a product that was out-of-stock without alerting me at the time of sale. And then after I bought it you didn't tell me that it was out of stock. I waited weeks to get this product and then I actually had to contact you to find out that it was out of stock. I'll never use this site again.

Was sent a macbook w corrupted hard drive... notified company and w/i 4 hrs someone got in touch and after running through some troubleshooting they got me an RA# immediately and gave me the option of full refund or exchange. Will use itech again for discounted electronics!

The site went down when I hit submit for my order. I paid through PayPal, and they showed the payment was sent. I sent an inquiry to iTech to verify if they received the order. By the next morning, I received confirmation from Susan in Customer Service that, not only was the order received, but she also provided my tracking number. Great customer service!
Love the prices. I ordered a Shrek dvd for $1. I was amazed at the price. It did not arrive and I sent a message asking about it. They respond immediately. Always very helpful when you have a problem. It arrived the next day.
I had 2 separate orders with 2 items in the first and 1 in the second. I only received 1 item of the 3 items. Turned out, somewhere in shipping only 1 tracking number was assigned for all 3 items (so both orders had the same tracking number). Everyone makes mistakes. We all get a defective or wrong order from time to time. I just got one from iTech. We emailed them - they offered to replace the item (unfortunately we just couldn't wait and had already bought one locally) so they processed the return and got our refund credited quickly and with little drama.
I purchased a tablet which had a defective touchscreen. ITech Accepted the return and promptly issued a full refund. Would definitely do business wit thee guys again..
I was really upset when I placed an order and there was no indication of shipping because I couldnt find it anywhere on the website so I contacted customer service and vented my fustration and cancel my order and Susan did the most professional thing of letting me know how everything works. As long as you keep Susan around you will keep getting my business.
I ordered the 11 and 1/2 in Dell Chromebook. Received it in a very timely manner and was very happy with it. It was in very good condition with a flawless touch screen. I am so thankful that I found out about Itech deals. They answer you promptly and are very courteous. You won't go wrong dealing with these people.

I had purchased an action camera and it seemed as if the package was lost inbetween the creation of my label and it actually going out to ship. Susan from the customer service department contacted shipping and I would hear from them within 24 hours. She followed up later to confirm that the package had been shipped and I should expect it with a few days. I got the package and am enjoying the camera thanks to Susan! If you have any issues contact Customer Service. They will be willing to help!
Recently I had a very pleasant experience with customer service from iTechDeals. Even though it was a simple case of a merchandise received wasn't what I expected the customer support personnel (Ms. Susan in this case) went much beyond just helping me return the merchandise and get my refund. She made the entire experience a pleasant one. I would really commend her and I would shop with iTechDeals again in the future.
Did not expect the great CS response. I thought I was stuck with a piece of junk ( a beaten up Chromebook) but they gave me the option of returning it for a full refund.
I ordered and received an item that seemed to have a problem. Contacted customer support (Susan) who gave me the option to get a refund or replace the ite. I replaced it. The replacement arrived and seemed to have the same problem. I tried various things and discovered why it appeared not to work but really did work. Shared this with Susan who thanked me and said they would add the "solution" to the documentation. A great working relationship.

I returned a defective device and was given excellent customer service by Stacey, the customer service representative. There were a couple of glitches but she helped resolve them.
Received a fantastic laptop other than the keyboard was defective. I contacted iTechdeals to make them aware. They were responsive and prompt. They issued me a shipping label and allotted plenty of time (14 days). I shipped it back and they issued the refund. I know refunds are not always an easy process but iTechdeals was great to work with! Thank you for making the situation right! I will order from your site again.
I got a great product at the best price I could find anywhere. I had a small issue with a forgotten component of my order, and customer service swiftly corrected the issue. Can't beat the free shipping, although I wish there was an option to pay and expedite these process, but it's a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme. Would totally recommend to anyone!
