Ordered a Talon drone at a very good price. Once assembled, one of the motors was not working. I would have been happy to ship the item back for a replacement, but iTech chose to refund the amount of my purchase, no questions asked. I will definitely do business with them again.

I think this platform is very good and I really liked it. I ordered an item recently but mistakenly got a faulty piece and later I contacted the customer service executive and my problem was resolved without much clarification. I have to admit that they have a really strong customer service.

I was not terribly happy with my purchase from ITech, but I will say that their customer service is stellar. Jessica was able to help me through a difficult situation and I never had to resort to social media, just had to keep plugging away until we worked out a solution. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Tablet didnt work took a while for my refund usually the items i order a good will probably order from them again but will be more selective on products

Bought the fitness tracker and didn't work.
But the support team was excellent, they looked into the matter and refunded the money.

Ordered some cables which were shipped via USPS. They never arrived. However, I got prompt response from iTechDeals and a prompt refund.

Purchased a Talon Drone and 1 of the gears locked up. This company took very good care of me. I have been very satisfied with their return policy.

I experienced great customer service from Jessica. The product I ordered was low cost and defective. She treated me as if I was the most important customer she has served. Refunded my money with a smile and invited me to give their products another chance. Thank you Jessica and iTechDeals.

I had received an item that was damaged in shipping but customer service took care of everything and refunded promptly

I was taken care of when a product I had purchased did not work. Jessica was prompt and made a good decision as to what might be wrong with it and she issued a refund when it was determined that it would not work. She is an asset to your organization! Thank you Jessica.

I was concerned about my purchase. The item was not in the initial shipment. Once I spoke with customer service, they advised me that my other item would ship separately. Great service!

Shipping was a bit slow but that was exasperated by the USPS marking it as 'Out for Delivery' but instead sending it back to the central distribution center almost 300 miles away. The order finally showed up a week later. Jessica in the customer support hung in there with me via email all the way.

Refurbished Ipad was in good condition, only the battery would not hold a charge. Customer Service replied quickly with a refund. They made the process very easy. Would buy from here again.

I bought the refurbished laptop. The price was a bargain but there was a problem with the laptop, so I requested a return. Stacey immediately reached out to me and provided all the help to assist with the return. I am very happy with how they cared about the customer. Outstanding!

I ordered some LED fidget spinners off a deal from Brad's Deals. Both had issues when I received them. I contacted customer service and they promptly offered me a 50% refund, which worked out because even though the lights didn't work my kids didn't want to give them up to return. Although the product wasn't great, the shipping speed and the customer service were tops and I would shop here again.

Not a bad company! I love their iPhone headphones and chargers. They're real apple certified for such a great price. It takes about 3 weeks to receive your product though. I wish they had a phone number for their customer service though.

Incorrect address was placed at time of order and had to contact iTech to correct the address. Customer service got back in a matter of hours and did the correction. Order was received 3 days later. Order was for a surprise box of electronics for 19.99 and items were definitely worth the money. Will continue to be a customer.

I've ordered from iTechDeals in the past and my transactions have been excellent. The shipping of my most recent order was delayed for whatever reason, but when I contacted Customer Service, I got a response from Susan who followed up on the order to make sure it was completed/shipped to my satisfaction. I ordered some Beats headphones, but they were the wrong ones. I sent an email to customer service and Stacey replied and walked me through the return process. Stacey was competent and friendly. I would have loved to have purchased the product from iTech, but it was the wrong one, so I ordered from another company so it would arrive for Christmas. My suggestion would be to your packing/shipping people... make sure you send the correct product to begin with!

I was so disappointed when my husband opened his Beats Solo3 Wireless headphones and found that they did not work. The headphones were literally thrown in a shipping box with no directions. I thought I was buying a new set, but the ones sent were used and wouldnt even turn on. I contacted ITech and was pleasantly surprised at the awesome customer service response. They refunded us immediately after receiving the damaged handset back. The customer service rep kept us advised throughout the process.

I ordered a set of urbeats ear buds. The tracking showed no movement after a week, so I had to contact support. I eventually got the ear buds about a week after that. I didn't expect it to take two weeks to ship, but support was on it, and things seemed to move after they were contacted. They arrived as described. I would buy again from them.

Susan at ITechDeals was a great help to me in returning the laptop I purchased for my son. The process did take some time but she stayed in touch with me which was reassuring. The beats I purchased at the same time are working perfectly. I am very happy with that purchase and the savings I got by purchasing through ITechDeals. Thank you.
