Terrible customer service! You sold me a product that was out-of-stock without alerting me at the time of sale. And then after I bought it you didn't tell me that it was out of stock. I waited weeks to get this product and then I actually had to contact you to find out that it was out of stock. I'll never use this site again.

I bought an acer chromebook and it came within a reasonable time and good condition. However, the operating system is approaching end of life next month, which means no more updates including fixing bugs and security updates. I will end up keeping it for a second monitor but still ended up needing to purchase another chromebook for the kids for school. Waste of money.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. The operating system that the device had has a end of life of next month, which makes it not worth the money. I can still use it, but mostly as a second monitor since security updates and bug fixes won’t happen any longer so it’s not safe to use. The description didn’t say anything about the almost ending life of the operating system and because it works it isn’t returnable. I ended up having to buy another Chromebook from another place that will last.

I ordered an Apple Watch that would not charge or work. When I attached it to the charger it got so hot it was a fire hazard. I also ordered wireless Jabra head set that would not turn on. It took me several weeks to get the customer service to send me a return form to send both products back. I have received a refund on the headphones but even though they say they are refunding my money for the Apple Watch I have not received a refund on it. I will NEVER order another thing from itech again.

The computers are bulk used salvage in my experience. Chips, scratches, dents are normal not "refurbished" so if you dont mind that, the value is acceptable.

Package never arrived. They said the problem was the USPS. I had to contact USPS to track package (which they never found). Finally got a refund 4 MONTHS after I ordered and only after pestering relentlessly. 2 stars because I did get my money back but what a hassle!

Can't believe it took over 17 plus days to get this product and when it arrived it didn't work properly.

It seems like this store has quite a lot of problesm when it comes to delivery. If you have nowhere else to go then you can pick this store but it is highly not recomended. The delivery is more likely carried out in secret You cannot be sure when what you have ordered will arrive. That is just not what I was expecting whn I made my order.

I don't understand why people who got obviously counterfeit product from this website still give 5 stars only because of customer service. Website customer service names seem fake too - Mary, Amy, Jessica, etc. When indeed it is actually same person.
When ordering your product, you get order #. However it says "you will receive confirmation when your order ships". That's where "fun" part starts - you get left in limbo, having no idea what's happening to your order, since there is no page that let you type in your order # and check status, unless you bothered opening an account with that website. They copy-paste their reply from their policy that it usually take 3 to 7 business days to process. However they do not even look that my order have not been shipped outside their 3-7 range. I ordered on 15th sep, today is 27th sep, still no info. If website claim item availability, they shall not have excuses why is it out of stock. And it seems like this is a common problem with them- they hardly have anything in stock, and pretty much backorder stuff somewhere, which explains why they got such strict "no returns" policy.
I contacted them to cancel my order since it not even in stock, hopefully I can get my money back at least.

Purchased an acer tablet.
It was advertised as windows 10.
Both times came as windows 8.
Second time bad pixels in middle of the screen.
I call it false advertising.

I ordered Powerbeats3 for my son. When I received them they were not in the original box or packaging, they were in a white shipping box. They looked OK, but when I gave them to my son he compared them to the pair of powerbeats3 that his brother owns. He told me immediately that they were counterfeit beats. He found many differences that when you compared them side by side you knew they were knockoffs. I contacted ITechDeals expecting to not hear back or get a runaround and eat the cost, but the CS agent Jessica got right back to me and asked some questions. She kept in touch with me and said she was speaking with her manager about it. When it was all said and done she got me a refund. I shipped the headphones back and my account was refunded a couple of days later. I will never buy from this sight again, I'll stick with amazon or newegg or one of the better known sights. But I wanted to at least give Jessica credit for being so professional and helpful with this situation. Thank You Jessica.

I got a deal from Brad's Deals to get a pair of urBeats Wired headphones for only $40 shipped. I assumed that if Brad's Deals backed them, they must be legit. We know what happens when you assume. Took about 3 weeks to get to me, and then they arrived in a case, but no box, and sound like regular, crappy, $5 ear buds. There is no way these are really Beats - even though they say the name on them.

I ordered the Ring doorbell and saw that a shipping label was created right away. We ordered it for a Christmas present and it looked like it was going to ship on 12/17. Everyday we checked and it hadn't moved out of the "created for delivery." I sent multiple emails and would get emails back saying that it had been set up for delivery but they would not answer my questions about when and where was the item. I still don't have it so I wrote them today saying I wanted to cancel my order. We will see if I hear from them now.

They dont refurbush anything. They take untested used/returned stuff and sell it to you as "as good as new/complete" until you get it (weeks later).

Then, after trying to convince you for a week that the missing parts dont really come with it (ie. The medium sized eargels for ear buds that a vast majority of people need) despite what the manufacturer's site says, they agree to give you a refund after you pay for trackable shipping.

So now Im supposed to pay at least $5 in shipping to get my $9 refund.

These people are unethical and slimey. Sure, some people got lucky with their orders (not being defective/damaged/missing parts), but dont count on it.

First order from them. Last order from them. Too many better options out there.

I purchased an Apple TV from iTech deals. I was so exicted, received the package (over 14 days from when I placed the order), and the system kept turning off. I tried it on other televisions and had the same results. I emailed iTech deals, they replied 2 days later and 2 days after that sent me a label to return the item. I tracked the return and they didn't send the refund back for close to 30 days! I ended up working with my credit card company to receive my refund. I don't care what the deals are, I'd rather work with a company that responds quickly when there is a broken item I purchased and refunds me my item when they receive the return, not 3 weeks after they receive the return.

I ordered a dash cam, but he one that came was an inferior knockoff that was lacking features advertised on their site. After a 12 email long reply chain and 12 days, their customer support finally sent me a shipping label to return the item. At least their customer service was polite throughout the whole process. Maybe I'm too used to Amazon, but this was a negative experience and I'm less inclined to shop with them again.

Purchased a large display LED wall clock. Ad showed pictures of a clock with zero cords at various angles and minimal details. Clock arrived and is USB powered only. Clock in pictures is either fake or battery-powered as there is not enough space between wall and clock for a USB cord to fit. The return process was pathetic. Shipped myself and was asked to alert them when item showed delivered (for real?). Still have not received refund.

It's been 17 day of a "5 to 10 days delivery" and still on product. Aspect SLOW delivery! Placed the order and took 7 days to hear back from them. That was 15 days ago!
