I installed outlook around May 2017 - took a vacation, around early July I noticed i was getting an license key message- I then realized I never put it in, I also realized I must of deleted it, I emailed *******@istarsoftware.com on Sunday 6pm, by 11pm I had my License key resent to me. I purchased istar A7900 from a dealer here in Florida that came with 1 year subscription. A year later I got a message on my box saying subscription expired so I went online and paid $70 for another year. After I purchased I got a confirmation email with attached receipt. I thoght maybe to wait for a 2nd email with the code or somthing but still no email and no Activation code for that dead box! So I called the Whatsupp number for the customer service but no one responded! I thought to message them on Whatsupp hoping for a response. 10 minutes later I got a response from a guy saying "Hold on I'm driving!" I laughed and said "sorry" and waited like couple more minutes and there was no code or a response still! I called again and got canceled! And here he started getting angry on me saying "I SAID I'M DRIVING"! I responded saying you need to be more professional and respectful as customers won't really care if your driving or having a coffe at a Starbucks! Give us our code or refund us our money! He responds: call your bank to get your money back and have a nice day! I thought it was scam or something so I said how about the money we paid for your dead box now? Since you are going crazy and rude?! He said. Ok then I will refund your money and deactivate your box! I don't want unsafe customers! Go elsewhere to get a new one! Can someone in the world believe that?! Please Do Not deal with this company and be aware of them. See the attached screen shots for the entire conversion so you believe me!

This company is worse than worse i had 9700+ and i bought last year it stopped work and they doing nothfing about it.

Same as others you will see on the web. They "sell" you a product, then something goes wrong with your license product code. This is because they are a fraud! They do not have a phone number, so you cannot call them. They have a support email address, but no one replies to you. I think they should be prosecuted in criminal court.

Same as all other reviews sell you a product key and a year down the road, no response of phone number to call. Did not respond to email either.

They will sell you a product key (never the actual software) and then a couple months down the line the key they sold you will invalidate and when you reach out to iStarsoftare support, they don't reply, leaving you out the cost of the purchase. They are likely purchasing volume licenses and reselling them (which is a violation so most VL agreements). They have burned us twice now. Will be reporting them to Microsoft.

They took my money - provided a link for a trial download of Microsoft Office (which anyone could have received for free anyway), and promised a product validation key in 3-5 hours. Two weeks later... still no product key. They took 85.00 and provided NOTHING. This is purely a scam. Save yourself time and money - avoid this company.
