I ordered from this site on november 2nd and a month later was still checking for the status to be shipped I then contacted them and they said they would ship, but one item had to be shipped later on. I then waited 3 more days and STILL the order was not shipped nor did I recieve a tracking # as requested. I contacted them again and finally recieved a tracking #. 5 more days went by and it hadnt moved so finally i filed to get my money back. Today I recieved a TREATENING email saying id better pay for my items because they were in my posession (STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM!) OR THEY WOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST ME. This company has NO right to be on the internet offering anything... poor customer service, RUDE and takes up to 4 weeks to ship! STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SITES TO DEAL WITH VOYAGEUR SOAP AND CANDLE, CANDORA SOAP, VILLAGE CRAFT AND CANDLE AND WINDY POINT ALL HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
