I've emailed customer service several times about a product and I never get a response back! For a site who offers less than 20 products they don't seem to restock or replenish their inventory at all! I decided to just order off another website who was more responsive..

I ordered from here even though the site seems new and I was delighted. The package arrived at my door within 2 days after ordered which is the quickest I've experienced with basic shipping. I also loved the way my jewels were packaged. The jewelry was also georgous. I've placed two orders here and will continue to come back for more.

Hi Tina, although I understand your frustration with not receiving a response from us, that reason alone does not make us deserving of a 1 star rating. We receive dozens of e-mails a day and try our best to respond to all of them. Once in a while, we may drop the ball and miss an e-mail here or there. For that we apologize. However, we set up this service for our customers who have placed an order to leave us feedback. You have not placed an order at our shop to be able to rate our service. Again, while we understand how you feel, it wasn't necessary to leave the most negative score possible simply because we couldn't inform you whether or not we would get an item back in stock. Thanks for having considered doing business with us and I wish you luck with your future online purchases.

I wanted to buy a whole outfit and multiple items but because most items were in size large or medium (I am a small) I couldn't. Love the styles though and sad I couldn't complete my look through this one site. :(
