Irving Park Family Dentist

Do any of you hate getting unrelated texts plugging some business that has no right or reason to contact you? The dentistry I'd like to discuss is Irving Park Family Dentist. They are inconsiderate to a rare, breathtaking degree. When I got there, they informed me my appointment was cancelled. When I asked why I didn't know that, they told me they had been calling patients 'all morning' to let them know. They weren't on the phone at the time, so apparently they thought they were done calling everyone to cancel. My phone showed no text, no call. So, I guess I wasn't important enough of a customer to let me know. I was referred to this dental practice by Zocdoc, so perhaps zocdoc doctors tend not to value their online patients so much. This dental practice, with whom I've had NO business relationship, since after all they cancelled my appointment (I never went back) is now texting me ads for their business. Funny how when it's to their benefit, they can find my number just fine.
