“We believe this to be a scam- won't answer phone at all-took money”

We were on the IRS.gov site and ended up at this site which charged $247 for a service which is free at the IRS website. We were trying to get an EIN #. Paperwork was filled out incorrectly - we thought we we are the real irs site- they got our ss# and much more etc. We want to know if anyone else has been scammed by this company. We finally did speak to the IRS and they said to report them. We are cancelling the credit card and starting over.
