JustPlay is my go to App. Customer service has always helped me out in any situation that ran into I can't think of a bad thing to say about them. They keep offers as fresh as possible.One thing is true play multiple games. I've made around $750 in 6 months so I can screenshot proof if there's a review that states other wise. A+ gaming app.

The platform itself is okay and is worth the download. HOWEVER, when you need to dispute missing rewards it takes 2 weeks to get any acknowledgment that it was looked into; another week for them to tell you it was denied; yet another week to send them screenshots (which were sent in the original email now a month ago); and then, finally 2 weeks later a resolution. Sometimes positive, sometimes still negative. It's not the outcome, it's how long it takes.

I started using the App a little over a month ago and it's been great especially getting rewards for the games and how much I'm on the road and travel. I was really impressed today after one of the rewards I completed didn't after one of the rewards I completed didn't award me I put in a ticket and it was fixed in under 24 hours! The response time is absolutely great for an app like this and I'm very impressed.

Started a offer to gain gems for my favorite game. After finishing the tasks i didn't get the gems. Wrote 1 E-Mail with screenshots, they have proofed that i full field all task within all terms. Took 1 day and i received it all. Thanks for help! Definitely will do it again when another good offer shows up.

Great app. I believe wining money off it is like a lottery... fun game even without money. Instantly gives you earned in-game rewards.

I hesitate to complain about much, never wanting to be a bother, especially around the year-end holidays, but the process was easy, painless, and mostly automated. The resolution was quick and positive - they want to come through on what they promised, and they act quickly when they find out something has gone wrong to correct things. Will not hesitate to contact support if this happens again :)

Everytime I've had to reach out it's been a quick and pleasant experience. I have always got nearly an immediate response fixing any concerns I may have. They're thorough and convenient.

They offerwall is perfect for me, first off. I wasn't really expecting such a prompt response because it's 10:20pm at night. I sent my screen shot to them confirming that I completed the offer and verified my email that it was me sending my help ticket. I'm a Swagbucks user and use Iron source's offer wall to earn bonus SB via the Swabucks live app. I had an offer completion issue, it was regarding a app usage time and I had achieved it, but the offer was still pending despite that. I sent it my query with evidence and it was resolved within the hour. I'm 100% satisfied with their support.

While indeed a small portion of my request was addressed, sadly that was only 1/5 of the issue and the other 4/5 went unaddressed, even after follow up email. Just be cautious as you really can't count on much.
