I really enjoyed the flexibility of purchase and that shipping was still free on a $3 item. They are customer focused and not pushy with email marketing. I really liked this consonant.
When I first started buying from Iremedy, it was for surgical masks and gowns. All of these products were shipped from a partner of IRemedy- that partner being Medline. Unfortunately IRemedy has for some reason stopped doing business with Medline. Products shipped by Medline have been completely deleted from the IRemedy website, which also wiped out a large portion of the most popular medical products I used to be able to buy. Medline is a big company who makes a lot of medical products. Please bring products that are Shipped by Medline back!

Wonderful site reccomended to me by my disabled family member who is also a longtime customer. My first order was a fantastic experience - constant email and text notifications for confirmation, transit, and delivery. Items arrived on time and packaged neatly and in fanstastic condition. I subsequently made another order the following week, but have yet to receive confirmation of shipment as of yet. Hopefully it will be a good experience like the first.
I really wish I could see my prior orders with the products like on Amazon when I need to reorder (since you can not use the search bar to really find anything). Instead you see a list of orders with their dates and have to open each order to find the product you're looking forward. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR PRODUCT SEARCH OR ENABLE US TO AT LEAST SEARCH OUR PRIOR ORDERS FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS!

I was unable to access online chat, yesterday, was told someone would be back with me, and waited for a very long time before signing off.
The reviews are fake - they take your money and don't send the product. I ordered on Dec 27th - they sent confirmation next day(see photo below) - but then failed to send tracking number - now weeks later they close out any service ticket without resolving anything (see photo). Complete scam. They send a review link - but in review link it auto confirms you received the order - so you can't complain because they would take that as proof you received an order you did not - stay away - I know we are all desperate for tests - these guys are taking advantage

I have not received my merchandise yet, although I was billed on July 2. I realized the mail is slow, but I've received no notice from i Remedy as to the status of my merchandise. I would give a better rating if it had not been so long and I at least knew what the status is. If and when I ever receive my merchandise, please give me another chance to review. The price was reasonable.
Website is OK - I withhold all judgment until product actually arrives. However - it would be helpful if your order page offered the opportunity to provide "special instructions"
So far everything seems very streamlined. My only concern was the lack of any other delivery options that might have expedited receiving the items I purchased. There is a slight rush for me and those items as I have skin allergies to many other types of nitrile gloves, but I am very pleased with the price of those items per unit compared to other sites. This should bring me back in the future as long as prices are below competitors and the product arrives in a timely manner in a few days.

I have still not heard from you. I wanted to know how many per BOX. Yes, 12 per case, but the picture shows two grips with the box, so are there two in each box or is this deceptive advertising?
I expanded the view to read the quantity on the box, but your picture cleverly blocks that info with one grip in front of the box. So, I ordered a case because I am in need, but am I getting 12 for $30.95 or only 12? I do not like to be deceived.
Very easy to locate the product I was shopping for. Check out went exceptionally well and quickly. As soon as I entered the site, a customer service rep pop up asked if I needed any assistance. Truely appreciate the offering of help during my shopping experience.

frustrating website, kept losing the items in my cart, I re-input and now there is double, update cart, now I have to redo payment info, frustrating, took 20 minutes to do something I should've been able to do in 5. Not sure I will shop here again.
A great overall experience. Medline has a very efficient website with fast checkout option and easy to read product line up.

just wish shipping wasn't so high. Socks were too small and thin. Could only return the 4 of 5 pairs because I opened 1 pair to try on my mother. Was told shipping and handling would be credited along with the unopened pkgs

Put in an order on March 6 got a confirmation email about the order When I tried to track the order from the confirmation number om the website it kept saying it did not exist yet I was charged $86 on my credit card No one ever answered the phone it goes right into a voicemail there is no other numbers to contact online and even the online chat was not in working order I think this is a company that merely is trying to scam people out of their money... Run!
