My order was delayed due to a lack in stock. I appreciated the immediate contact by the costumer service once I expressed my concern of not having my product yet. Even though it was two weeks until I received my order, I was thankful that the costumer service decided to address their poor service with a 10% discount on my next order.

The product I ordered is thin (gloves) and my hands sweat quickly. The order came very promptly.

I thought the prices was very good. They shipped out my order right away. I use the pads to clean my husbands cut and he took a box to work.

Fast shipment but the shipping fee was pricey. The swab sticks were not usable since they were not sterile, not individually packed. Other than that, service was fine.
I was entitled to a 10% discount according to an email received 4/14/15, but the order sheet would not take the discount. Was there an expiration date, because I did not see one?
I reread this email and discovered that I misread it...I didn't see the zero. So it was 10 and not 1.

Items were simple to find, plus this website carried the one item (small elbow sleeve) that I haven't been able to locate anyplace else. Fast delivery.
